"My child loved the games room, cinema and amazing curly slide. Really nice room with double bed and section for children’s area with bunk bed and privacy curtain. Stayed here many times. Right next to theme park."
"Apart from the first night when I could not sleep until 2 am in the morning because of very loud music above me (29th floor room) the other three nights were very enjoyable. This is a lovely hotel with great amenities (note the Spa is not included), a very decent breakfast and very friendly staff. The staff at the breakfast have been absolutely amazing and super efficient!"
"It is a bit out of the way but treat it more like retreat in a quite place, better to get there by car and they have plenty of free parking.
Rooms are clean and big with all amenities being practical.
Lot of games for kids to play hence they would never want to leave the hotel, and must say all those areas are well maintained as well.
Staff are very professional and helpful.
Wellness area is ok but it can get a bit crowded as it is open for hotel and outside guests I believe.
Tried only breakfast in the restaurant and it was very good with plenty of choices."
"Clean room, cheery staff, great breakfast with extended hours, close to public transport while not being in the city centre. Shuffleboard downstairs free to play."
"Located close to transportation. Clean, quiet room and for only a few dollars more you get a great breakfast buffet. If you don’t mind not being in heart of the city center, then this is a good option."
"For the second time in two years, my family and I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a week in August 2026. The Radisson was an ideal location for all of us. Although it’s separated from central Gothenburg by the Göta älv River, a short, free ferry ride from a nearby ferry dock will take you to Stenpiren where you can walk, take trams, or buses to any point in the city itself. There are also bus and tram stops close to the Radisson that provide alternative access the main part of the city.
The staff at the hotel were professional and welcoming (we particularly appreciated the help Alma provided at the front desk). The rooms are clean and very quiet, the beds are very comfortable, the showers provide hot water with excellent pressure, and the curtains completely blocked out the light of the summer sun. Our experience last year taught us that the hotel breakfast offerings are amazing, even for members of my family who are vegetarian and gluten-free. Saunas, hot tub, workout room, a rooftop lounge that offers wonderful views of the city, and little touches throughout the hotel that still appeal to science geeks (the lights in the main restaurant form a Newton’s Cradle).
This year, we visited the hotel bar where Joshua prepared amazing drinks, including an amazing drink that he invented to satisfy my wife’s tastes.
Stay here. You won’t be disappointed."
