  • Superb contemporary villa with heated pool with spacious sun terraces, ideal to relax and enjoy a cocktail or more. 3 of the bedrooms have their private terrace for more privacy. The villa ready for Bénodet beaches and the Tudy Island allows you to switch from landscape to appreciate other swims. Near the town of Quimper center and its rich history as the walled town of Concarneau. Many activities less than 10km for smaller and larger as horseback riding, golf, hiking, children's club on the beach of Bénodet and the Casino and the Spa for adults. Very close to the Odet kayak or small boat.
