Booked here for an overnight stay as we passed through. Convenient location, good amenities, everything we needed. The shower head was fabulous and the supplied shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower was a bonus. The walls are a little thin though and it was very loud when neighbours used their shower. Would stay here again.

It's a basic motel which has good supplies in the room - biscuits, milk, toilet paper, tissues, cutlery, wine glasses, crockery, towels, face washers, microwave. There is free onsite parking and street parking. It's a good option for a few night's stay in Goulburn. Very centrally located.

Whilst the building is very dated the amenities provided are excellent, the linen and towels of very high quality. The manager was professional, friendly and helpful.

We stayed there because it was the only place available, but were pleasantly surprised by the comfort for the price. Yes its dated but what we needed was there.

Terrible small room broken toilet facilities. No hot water. No heating air condition not working provided a small gas heater two rungs absolutely useless .we complained provided us with small low heater blew all electricity waited 1.30mins to be reconnected to power Never had any hot water during our stay Morning met with many unhappy guests but could not demand our money back as there was no one in office.

Good country motel with excellent service. Very clean. Basic amenities and the air conditioner was a bit noisy, but the room was comfortable. The heater was on when I arrived so the room was warm from the start - Goulburn can be very cold in winter.

Very comfortable with comfortable chairs as well as space to eat and dining chairs and a very goid and comfortable bed. Everything you might need for a stay, including some additional things normally only provided in more luxury accommodation.

Great location. Staff were friendly. Hotel has strange car parking layout. Television did not work and was not fixed when staff were notified. Shower gel was empty on arrival. Very dated rooms. Could hear the toilet activity of room next door quite well too.

This is a great motel centrally located but on the Fri night i stayed it was hoon city. Lots of street noise. A soft pillow option would have been great.

Comfortable bed. Updated 50's bathroom. Clean. Good choice of dining options close by. Was noisy due to central town location and Saturday night stay. Parking inside premise limited. We had to park on the street due to busy time.

The property was in the central retail district of Goulburn, which was convenient for meals and such. It is dated though, needs renovating. The bed was comfortable, bedding was standard motel style, so that was good. The shower area was clean, again, needs a little updating. NO SOAP! How can one shower with NO SOAP? I was very displeased. What was offered (and was empty anyway), was 'Shower Gel'. Who likes using that? Certainly NOT ME. There should, at least, be an alternative and offer a cake of soap. Regardless, there was NO SOAP! NO exhaust fan, which is annoying, maybe that's a personal thing. Coffee and tea offered but NO MILK! Wait, yes there was, a half empty carton in the refrigerator. Situated on the main road, there was no barrier to noise. I know it's not the motel's fault that extremely noisy motor vehicles decided to choose that night to make their presence known, but it didn't help with sleep. Staff was cheerful at check in. I didn't ask for soap or milk. I expected it and if it's not there at check in, that's not acceptable to have to ask. I'm disappointed.

Convenient to city centre, close to shops and restaurants, older motel with older furniture but clean. Need to supply soap at least or it may of been an overlook. People next door were a little noisy but settled by 10pm so over all would stay there again
