This spacious chalet-style retreat offers a warm, inviting layout designed for both relaxation and entertainment. With two distinct levels, vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, and multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, the home is ideal for families or responsible groups looking for a comfortable Pocono getaway.



The main (upstairs) level features an open-concept great room with soaring ceilings, skylights, expansive windows, and a wood-burning stove at the heart of the space. The cozy leather seating area is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, while the adjacent dining area, kitchen, and sunroom make hosting meals effortless.



The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, a large island/breakfast bar, full-size appliances, and all cookware, utensils, and consumables needed to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to full dinners. Multiple dining options are available, including the main dining table, island seating, sunroom banquet, and outdoor deck dining.



The sunroom offers a peaceful place to enjoy meals, read, or gather with family, while the deck extends your living space outdoors with seating, string lights, a BBQ grill, and relaxing views.



Downstairs, guests will find a true entertainment hub. The theater room includes an 85” 4K TV with soundbar, reclining leather seating, a Ms. Pac-Man arcade cabinet with 10+ games, a mini-fridge and snack bar, and an additional queen sofa bed. This level also includes a bunk room, half bathroom, and laundry area.

GUEST ACCESS



Guests enjoy private, full access to the entire home, deck, and yard. Any locked areas (such as the garage) are reserved for maintenance only.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT

🛡️The community strictly requires a completed Rental Application Form for all guests and visitors:

🛡️Must be submitted at least 72 hours before check-in (before 4pm)

🛡️Late submissions incur a $150 fee, passed to guests

🛡️Any changes after submission incur a $30 fee

🛡️All guests must be listed (maximum 12)

🛡️Anyone not listed will be denied entry at the gate



HOUSE RULES & KEY NOTES

🛡️Strict 25mph speed limit enforced with tickets

🛡️No loud outdoor music

🛡️No street parking; driveway parking only for up to 7 cars

🛡️Fines or violations are the responsibility of the guest

Due to prior issues, the community enforces rules very strictly. Violations can result in fines and jeopardize our ability to rent—your cooperation is greatly appreciated.



We aim to provide a spotless, well-maintained home with everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. Detailed check-in instructions, house guide, and registration links will be provided immediately after booking.

- NOTE: 4th and 5th sleeping areas are NOT bedrooms. They have (quite comfortable actually) fold out sofas that converts to 2 sleeping spaces. The listing doesn't have a way to list it unless we do it as a BDR. Just want to clear any confusion pre-booking. The place is a 3 bed/1.5 bath w. the extra 2 sleeping spaces in movie room and living room.



Guest Access:

As guests, you will have full access to this beautiful home, including the full kitchen, dining, living room, charming bedrooms, bathrooms, washer dryer and exterior. Free parking is available on-site for up to 7 cars.



As guests, you have access with a guest pass purchase to all the wonderful amenities of the Big Bass Lake HOA Community. Passes are $8 per person weekdays and $10 per person weekends.



The Neighborhood:

Cute residential neighborhood a short drive from grocery stores, restaurants and the highway.



Getting Around:

Cars are highly recommended for getting around the Poconos. Taxis/Ubers are available, but not prevalent.



Other Things to Note:

Please note we have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

We require the majority of guests to be above 25 years old, with the exception of families with children.



All televisions have streaming with Netflix, Hulu, Apple tv, Disney +, Peacock, Paramount, and Max.

Three upstairs televisions also have live tv streaming from Spectrum.



We love to keep our property in pristine condition. In order to do so, we ask you to pick between two property protection options for your stay. A fully refundable security deposit of $499 or a damage waiver of $39. A link will be sent post-booking to complete.
