Gîte 3*.like a cottage by the sea in the countryside.enclosed grounds with trees

The Gîte KERMADIG is new (opening 08/04/2018) with lots of charm, quiet, outside the village near the sea on a semi-enclosed and independent plot. It is located at a place called KERMADEN, near the bay of Goulven (3 minutes), in a remarkable region of the Coast of Legends (bird sanctuary, dunes of Keremma and the famous site of Ménéham).
The coast remains preserved, most of the coasts are still wild.
You can practice many water sports (windsurfing, sea kayaking, kitesurfing, paddle, sand yachting ...), hiking, cycling in peace or stay peacefully at the cottage, calm to relax. We are at your disposal, nearby if you wish, to advise you and ensure that your stay is pleasant, relaxing, exotic ...

Wooden house: 2 people, 1 bedroom with shower room 1 160 bed, baby bed and equipment, sheets and towels provided and beds made on arrival), living room-kitchen, a bathroom in the bedroom, 2 separate WCs, combined freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, combined washing machine - dryer, TV, WIFI internet (planned for October 2018), terrace with garden furniture, plancha, loan of bicycles, bicycle or motorbike room, private garden and parking under a carport.

Notes: Most rentals are from Saturday to Saturday but it is possible to study other possibilities subject to renegotiation of the price of the stay.
A deposit of 200 euros will be requested upon arrival at the gîte and 100 euros per pet.

Das Häuschen ist sehr schön idyllisch, ländlich und ruhig gelegen und doch erreicht man alles (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Strand) in wenigen Minuten.Die Ausstattung ist gut, es ist alles vorhanden um sich im Urlaub wohlzufühlen und gut zu erholen. Die Küche ist voll und hochwertig ausgestattet (großer Kühlschrank), das Bett ist sehr bequem und im Garten gibt es mehrere bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten so dass man immer ein schönes Plätzchen zum Entspannen findet.Es werden sogar Fahrräder kostenlos zu Verfügung gestellt.Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr nett und bemüht es den Gästen schön und angenehm zu machen.Wir waren zwei Woche zu Gast und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Liebevoll und lichterfüllt

Ersteres bezieht sich auf die Gestaltung der Unterkunft…eine originelle, liebevolle und gleichzeitig effektive Gestaltung im Innen und Außen hat die Unterkunft für uns zu einer kleinen Oase gemacht…in einer beeindruckenden, weiten Küstenlandschaft…lichterfüllt und einem ständigen Wandel unterzogen. 2 Wochen in der Bretagne

Das Haus und der Garten sind wunderbar und unsere Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Haus ist auch sehr gut geeignet für Leute, die mit ihrem Hund verreisen, da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist. Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub und wir können den Ort und unsere netten Vermieter nur weiterempfehlen.

appartement près de la mer

C'était un séjour dans un coin tranquille en pleine nature avec vue de la mer du premier étage. Pour le déplacement sur le lieu nous avons aussi profité des bicyclettes mises à disposition pour aller à Plouider où il y a une boulangerie / pâtisserie. A proximité il y a les plages Keremma,Ménéhan et d'autres qui se prêtent aussi à une baignade. C'est un appartement très fonctionnel avec tout ce qui est nécessaire pour se sentir à l'aise. Le coin est à l'abri du vent et permet de se mettre dehors s'il fait beau. A frecommander pour un couple qui apprécie une ambiance calme et reposante.

Sacrée tempête

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Goulven avec des hôtes très accueillants, discrets mais disponibles. Le gîte est très fontionnel, bien équipé et idéalement situé pour visiter la côte Nord Bretagne. Nous sommes allés de Perros-Guirec à Portsall et avons découvert de nombreux sites, villes et églises. Quelques jours reposants et dépaysants malgré la tempête Cioran qui a engendré de nombreux dégâts. On pourra dire qu'on y était.

Meer dan de moeite waard!

Wij hadden een heerlijke tijd in het huisje van Didier. Didier is een supergastheer vriendelijk en warm. De attentie die voor ons klaar stond in de frigo heeft gesmaakt. Het huisje was heel proper en alles is aanwezig voor een aangenaam verblijf. Een ideale uitvalsbasis om het mooie Bretagne te ontdekken. Een aanrader! Wij zijn zeker fan.

Petit coin de paradis

Hôtes charmants et attentionnés. Le gîte est extrêmement bien équipé, on sent que tout est pensé pour que le séjour soit le plus agréable possible. Goulven est un village très agréable avec des endroits magiques à découvrir tout autour. Bref, une petite semaine qui a passé trop vite.

Joli gîte pour 2 personnes

Accueil très convivial par les propriétaires du gîte. Gîte où l'on se trouve à l'aise immédiatement. Bonne literie .Pour nous,situation en retrait,vue bouchée par champs de mais. Il faut la voiture pour accéder à une plage.Mais très bons souvenirs.

Kleines aber feines Häuschen

Wir waren für eine Woche in Guelven, die Lage des Objektes ist ideal für Ausflüge jeglicher Art. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der kleine Garten ist eingezäunt, für Hundebesitzer ideal, man kann von dort aus direkt die Hunderunden starten. Das Haus können wir guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen! Ferienhaus in der Natur

Wir verlebten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Auf der Terasse stehen Sitzmöbel zur Verfügung.
