Fantastic location, friendly staff, great food. If the Serenity concept is to work, the management has to decide: either an adults-only hotel or a separate playground for children. This needs to be improved, as the children otherwise are always loud with everyone.

Beautiful area and lots of potential to be an exclusove spot but unfortunately it disappointed in many ways, from the restaurant which serves overcooked food that doesn’t have balanced flavors to the staff that seems like they don’t want to be there and finally the facilities, especially the “spa area” which consists of two 60C “saunas” and a 35C “steam” room. Expectations were very high, considering the price and exclusive online appearance but disappointed in many ways.

Beautiful location

The place is located on a very beautiful mountain, the rooms are comfortable and the views incredible. Would be great for the pool to have cement stairs for better accessibility for older people and children, and for the surroundings to have more places of shade.
