Arrived at 3pm, reception was closed . Had to go to the next hotel to get the key. Friendly service there, but not much fun carting luggage back and forth to check in No fridge and no ice available on a hot night Comfortable bed, good shower, quiet for sleeping. Close to bus stop to downtown and heritage sites Easy check out process.

Carpet was filthy. Shower was too small to fit into. Toilet smelled. Door lock broke and we had to get assistance from Campanile next door to get a master key to open it. The staff were friendly and helpful though.

Terribly small room. No place to open luggage other than the bed. Ridiculously tiny shower with mold. Literally like taking a shower in a phone booth. Fence posts around the property that closed at midnight made it feel like a compound rather than a hotel. Could hear guests in rooms adjacent to ours. Low entry in driveway, combined with a couple of potholes and a metal rail for the sliding fence, just about ripped out the transmission on my car. A fellow with a Mercedes sedan had the same issue! Would not stay again.

J’ai été très déçu cette fois,à minuit l’agent de sécurité et venu à ma porte pour me dire t’arrêter de faire du bruit.Sachant que j’étais seul et uniquement la télé allumée le son a 13.J’ai pas compris pourquoi on m’a reproché ça .A l’arrivée de mon mari vers 1h du matin,je lui est expliqué ce qui s’est passé et il est parti voir l’agent pour lui dire que j’étais seul et que aucun bruit venait de ma chambre mais il lui a quand même dit si si.La blague.J’ai 44 ans adulte responsable et respectueuse.J’ai pas apprécié cette remarque vu qu’elle est fausse.Je ne reviendrai plus dans cette hôtel.

Séjour d'une nuit très correct rapport qualité /prix : chambre propre, bonne literie. Seul petit désagrément : pas de réception le samedi à 18 h45. Le problème était vite réglé en allant chercher la clef au Campanile à côté... Cela n'a pas été dramatique !
