New wooden house less than 5 minutes from the beach

We would be delighted to welcome you to Vincenterie, our new wooden house of 100m2. The location is ideal: the beaches and cabins of Gouville sur mer are accessible by bike in less than 10 minutes by small paths without traffic. The village is 5 minutes walk: you can find all the necessary amenities (bakeries, butcher, supermarket, pharmacy, etc.). It is a single-storey house with a large terrace facing South-West and an enclosed garden of 450m2. House composed of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. Bed linen, towels and bath mats as well as shower gel are provided. The kitchen is open to the dining room, you will find everything you need to cook. The living room is located in the extension with a pellet stove and a TV with Netflix. <br>A laundry room with washing machine, laundry, dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board are available. A barbecue, bicycles, books and games (indoor and outdoor) are also at your disposal.
