"Rented this for a weekend for two couples attending shows at American Players Theater, and it was perfect for our needs! Clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen. Lovely surroundings. Phyllis was responsive and helpful and the process was very clear. Would stay again and highly recommend!"

"Our stay at Dalsoren was fantastic! Thea's communication leading up to our stay was very timely and helpful. The property itself is gorgeous, with extensive walking/hiking trails mowed throughout the 245 acres. The home is outfitted with just about everything you could ever need. It's an incredibly relaxing environment which is exactly what we were looking for. We stayed 9 nights and were never wanting for anything. We HIGHLY recommend Dalsoren!!We have travelled to the Driftless Region several times and the views & scenery are beautiful. We loved exploring the local area - some of our favorites included the Dane County Farmers Market in Madison, Hooks Cheese in Mineral Point, the shops in Mt Horeb. and Frank Lloyd Wright's home (Taliesin) south of Spring Green."

"We stayed there after an American Payers Theater performance. Had a great time at the Speakeasy chatting with the bartender and other guests - ask for an absinth cocktail. Our room had a small outdoor patio area which was great. Sat down by the river for a bit also."

"We (four couples) loved staying at Cold Spring Farm. It is a beautiful farm house, plenty of room, in terms of bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the porch and had great morning walks. We were close to Spring Green, Taliesin, and the American Players Theater! It was a wonderful escape!"

"The property is spacious and granted our group, who was traveling in for a local wedding, enough space to each have our own rooms (one master with king bed and ensuite, and three other rooms with queen sized beds) and also cook many of our own meals. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with dishware and some small appliances and cookware. There is also a great quality grocery store 20 minutes to the east in Mt Horeb. The ability to do laundry on property was also invaluable.If there are any questions or concerns about the property please reach out to the host. I had a very easy time reaching out to them to ask questions during check in and before booking the property."
