"I highly recommend staying at Sky Beach Club to anyone visiting Eleuthera in the future. The room was clean, communication was always clear, and the staff was friendly and responsive. All around a great place to stay! "

"The good: - The location in the middle of the island is ideal. The surrounding beaches are spectacular. However, access to the nearest beach requires walking through another property across the street. - There were plenty of towels and lots of beach gear provided.- The kitchenette was great for prepping small meals and snacks for the toddler in our group.- The owner was very responsive. The power went out a couple of times because of island-wide blackouts and we locked ourselves out once. We received immediate responses whenever we reached out.Room for improvement:- The pictures seem a bit dated. Though the space was clean, there is significantly more wear and weathering on all the furnishings. We also had a heavy rain during our stay and there was a puddle of water on the floor in both bedrooms. - The internet was not very reliable. And we had no cell service in the house.- While insects are expected in this setting, it would have been nice to have a zapper or swatter to get rid of flies and mosquitoes when we settled in for the night. We were covered in bites after just 3 days. There also appeared to be some sort of seasonal infestation of termites because of the rain. There were dozens of them in both rooms. It was very unnerving at night."

"We were pleased upon our arrival to find that the house was very clean with no sand anywhere. Very unusual for a home on the beach.We enjoyed the wrap around deck that we could access from our bedrooms. The expanded deck area featured an infinity pool and hot tub which was easily accessible both day and night. The house was very spacious and beautifully decorated with ample natural light from sliding glass doors. The house had four bedrooms and four full bathrooms,which is very unusual, allowing each couple to have their own private space. The kitchen was well equipped with a large island and featuring large dinning table. Beautiful private setting."

"Location was perfect. Property very clean. Kitchen well stocked - Both Barbara and the caretaker communicated quickly when we had questions. This will now be our go to place to stay in Eleuthera. Loved it!!"

"The room was clean and well stocked. It is across from the beach with a beautiful pool that is well maintained. I loved that it had a full size refrigerator, stove, dish washer, washer and dryer and the other items you would need in a kitchen along with a coffee maker and coffee! It is walking distance from the grocery store, some restaurants and the liquor store. We stayed another night we liked it so well. Great location for day trips to other parts of Eleuthera!"

"We stayed for three weeks in April. The home looks great in photos, but several issues came up. The location was good. Ninety percent of the windows did not work and there were no screens on the sliders as shown in the photos, making bugs a big problem, especially with wasp nests around the house.The pool wasn’t heated and there was no grill on arrival (the property manager kindly brought one, though it was in poor shape). Internet was unreliable, with the hotspot repeatedly running out of data.The dock initially had missing/loose boards (later repaired), and one kayak had a hornet’s nest. Hard to get kayaks in/out of water as well as climbing up the wooded ladder. The living room couch was worn with sagging springs, and some landscaping appears unfinished.The property manager was EXCELLENT and very responsive, but overall the home feels neglected and needs maintenance. Renters should be aware."
