The rooms ( I had to be moved as I extended my stay) were so comfortable- had the right space, were so clean, and the lighting was adequate (not always so in hotels in Turkey, I find). "The building is indeed beautiful and very well maintained. The courtyard was lovely to sit out in on the cool evenings. It is conveniently located, about 10- 15 mins. walk to the city center, along the river. The welcome didnt feel as warm as it could be, possibly because I arrived a little bit before the 2.00pm check iin time and the room was not quite ready. But as time went by the staff warmed up. The room was not very big, but not too cramped either. it was a challenge getting in between the bed and the wall to open and close the windows. Breakfast was sufficient- the usual turkish breakfast,mnot a buffet style. But I understood it is a small hotel, just 6 roooms, and I may have been the only guest there for most of the time,so it is hard to lay out a buffet-style spread for one or a few guests. Other than the leak in the bathroom , I had no other issues that were not addressed right away. This butik hotel offers a quiet, peaceful, cosy, homey environment; I certainly recommend it, and would be happy to stay again. I went for eight days and ended up staying 11. Thank you to Farkan and his assistant for your hospitaity"
