This modern and stylishly furnished 3-room Kommodig Oorloff holiday apartment on the upper floor of Villa Victoria, offers the perfect retreat for up to 4 people across approximately 57 m²—ideal for families, couples, or a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday with friends. Its beachfront location in the heart of Graal-Müritz combines relaxation and nature with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and cafés.

The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is only about 600 m away and easily accessible on foot. The nearby coastal forest and the Graal-Müritz Rhododendron Park invite you to take long walks, go on bike rides, and enjoy relaxing moments in nature. Shopping options such as EDEKA, ALDI, and PENNY are also within walking distance.

The bright living and dining area features modern furnishings and a cosy atmosphere. For entertainment, you’ll find two Smart TVs (one in the living room with a soundbar and one in the bedroom), including Netflix access, as well as free Wi-Fi.

The open, high-quality kitchen offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday: dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as other high-quality kitchen appliances and a full range of kitchenware.

The holiday rental has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180 cm x 200 cm, split mattresses). The second bedroom has two bunk beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm). What makes it special: you can stack these beds on top of each other (=> a (raised) sleeping surface), place them side by side (=> a double bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm), or set them up separately for individual use. This way, these beds adapt to your individual holiday needs—whether for friends, siblings, family, or simply to create more space in the room.

The modern bathroom features a shower, washing machine, hair dryer, and ample storage space.

For families with small children, a wide range of baby and toddler equipment is available:
A 60 cm x 120 cm cot with mattress, high chair, baby bathtub, changing pad, baby food warmer, potty, and toilet seat adapter. This equipment is supplemented by outlet covers and a safety lock for the oven door.

A small, cosy outdoor seating area is available and invites you to relax after an eventful day of holiday.

There is a parking space on the property that can be used for the duration of the rental at no additional cost.

The windows are equipped with insect screens.

The apartment includes a storage room in the outbuilding. In addition to two (conventional) bicycles (used at your own risk), a handcart and a stroller are available there to make your stay more enjoyable. Guests may also store their own bicycles and bike racks here.

The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
