Opposite the house begins the Rostocker Heide, the largest contiguous mixed forest area on the Baltic Sea. An extensive cycling and hiking network ensures relaxation in healthy air. From the object to the Baltic Sea with wide white sand beach is only 500m. Bathing in the best water quality guarantees unrestricted bathing fun. If the Baltic Sea is too cold, you can swim in the Aquadrom - the sports and leisure center even in bad weather in the Baltic Sea. From the object to the aquadrome you walk about 10 minutes.
