As soon as you enter the apartment, you’ll catch your first glimpse of the open-concept living and dining area, which is very bright thanks to the floor-to-ceiling patio windows. Here you’ll find the fully equipped kitchenette, which has everything you could possibly need. Right in front of it is a large dining table where you can comfortably enjoy the culinary delights you’ve prepared. You’ll also find a cosy pull-out sofa set with an armchair, from which you can enjoy a view of the patio and the first section of the beach. From here, you can also access the large patio, which is equipped with seating and a sun lounger.

The bedroom also features floor-to-ceiling windows, so you can catch your first glimpse of the sand as soon as you open the curtains in the morning. The room is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a small workspace.

The bathroom rounds out the perfect ambiance of this apartment: here you’ll find your own infrared sauna, perfect for relaxing. Of course, there’s also a walk-in shower. The adjacent utility room is equipped with a washing machine and various household appliances.

You’ll find a parking space for your vehicle in the building’s underground garage (2m clearance!). Your four-legged family members are also warmly welcome in this apartment.
