Located on the second floor, the apartment welcomes you with an open-concept living and dining area that lets in an incredible amount of light through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Here you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table. Towards the terrace, you’ll find the spacious living area, which features a pull-out sofa set, an armchair, and a pouf, ensuring there’s a seating option to suit every taste. From here, you can step out onto the first balcony, which is furnished.

Both bedrooms feature a comfortable double bed and are equipped with closets, leaving plenty of room in your suitcase for the essentials. One of the bedrooms also has a desk, making this apartment ideal for a “workation.”

The bathroom, too, has everything you need for a relaxing holiday—especially the infrared sauna, which will ensure hours of relaxation. The utility room is fully equipped as well: a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and clothes drying rack are all ready for use.

You can park your car in the building’s underground garage (2m clearance!).
