Eine wirklich tolle Lage mitten in der Natur. Sehr ruhig gelegen ideal für Wanderer, Reiter, Biker u. Motorbiker. Ich war für 4 Nächte dort, an keinem Tag wurde das Zimmer gemacht geschweige der Mülleimer entleert! Ich war im Zimmer 309 mit Terrasse untergebracht, leider konnte man Abends die Gerüche die sich aus der darunter befundenen Küche deutlich wahrnehmen. Auch das Klopfen der Schnitzel vom Koch war unüberhörbar. Die Terrasse bedarf auch etwas mehr Pflege, eine Bohle schaut soweit heraus das man sich verletzen könnte. Ganz Toll wäre auch wenn man die Sitzgruppe auf der Terrasse entstauben und von Vogelkot befreien würde! Zum positiven: Der Küchenchef verstand sein Handwerk, es war immer sehr lecker. Die Speisekarte ist sehr klein gehalten, sollte aber für jedem etwas dabei sein.

Tolles Hotel, inkompetentes Personal

Das Haus selbst liegt idyllisch, ist ansprechend eingerichtet und vermittelt einen positiven Eindruck. Das Personal ist leider sehr inkompetent, was es zum Glück mit sehr netter Art etwas wett macht. Es ging bei unserem Aufenthalt - vor allem im Gastrobereich - nichts glatt. Es wurde bei jeder Bestellung etwas falsch geliefert oder auch vergessen, selbst auf Nachhaken hin.

Die Anlage und die Idee ist zauberhaft. Die Ausstattung absolut in Ordnung und zum Preis passend. Leider scheitert die Umsetzung am Personal und an vielen sehr kurzzeitigen Buchungen = häufigem Wechsel. Da kommt das Hauskeeping nicht nach. Es gibt zu wenig Mitarbeiter im Service: ein sehr engagierter Kellner (abends) und eine Kraft im Hauskeeping, die auch beim Frühstück aushelfen muss. Des weiteren gibt es zwei Servicekräfte im Abend - oder Frühstücksdienst die hoffnungslos überfordert sind. Die Küche ist regional und großzügig, das Essen schmeckt gut. Jedoch nach einigen Tagen wiederholt sich das tägliche Buffet-Angebot. Das Frühstück habe ich an jedem Tag meines Aufenthalts als katastrophal erlebt. Das Buffet ist um 9.30 fast leer, verbliebene Brötchen sind pappig. Mit zwei Scheiben Käse fühlte ich mich dennoch ausreichend versorgt. Servietten gehören nicht zum Service, es sei denn man fragt danach. Ein interessanter Eindruck insgesamt und wie gesagt, ein schöner Platz. Es muss jedoch eine bessere Führung her.

Entspannter ruhiger Aufenthalt auf dem Land

Wir hatten trotz Regen und entgegen der Beschreibung für das Standard-Doppelzimmer weder Balkon noch Patio oder Whirlwanne einen sehr netten Aufenthalt, das Personal war komplett freundlichen und zuvorkommend. Der Flachbild-TV hat einen USB-Anschluss, das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, das Bett bequem mit Tendenz zur Härte. Leider fehlte eine zweite Nachttischlampe und das Licht war insgesamt nicht sehr hell. Ein Lichtschalter befand sich hinter der Matratze, sodass Stecker ziehen sinnvoll war. Das Frühstück war gut, Art des Ei's bestellbar. Auch unser Abendessen hat geschmeckt, ist aber ein bisserl hochpreisig. Sauna wird zur Zeit umgebaut, da neuer Besitzer erst im Sommer eröffnet hat.

Eine sehr schöne Anlage für alle Naturliebhaber und Pferdefreunde. Wir waren überrascht von den guten Rahmenbedingungen. Nach längerer Schließzeit bietet diese Anlage gute Voraussetzungen für einen erfolgreichen Start.

Very nice restaurant, where we had a perfect dinner and everything we wanted for breakfast. Room 302 has a shared big terrasse with room 301, and you can see the sun set. Nice staff.
