The property features a fenced, tree-lined garden of 600 m², a terrace, garden furniture, a fixed barbecue, a swing set, and both indoor and outdoor games.
Ground floor: spacious living room (with connected TV, Hi-Fi system), an anteroom with a sofa bed (for 2 people), a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee makers...), a bathroom with an Italian shower, and separate WC.
First floor: 1 large bedroom (1 bed of 160 cm and 1 additional 80 cm bed). The house is heated with electric heating and a wood stove.
