"We've stayed 9 days at the villa.The house is huge, with many rooms, 2 kitchens all well equiped for cooking.We've enjoyed the nice garden, and had all our meals in the outside kitchen very convenient.The pool is very big and clean.We'loved the location in a small village and enjoyed the authentical life of real Bulgaria.We had a car, so it was easy for us to go to the beaches (only 6 kilometers from the house), with the great black sea warm and very easy to swim.There are 2 very good and traditional restaurants just a few meters walking from the house.I recommand the location which is away from the noise and too much touristic sunny beaches for us, and closed to all services."

"The hotel is very old, and the furniture was broken. The air conditioner was also not working. The food and drinks were not good at all. It makes no sense that this hotel has such high ratings online. We had to check out the next morning because they couldn't repair the air conditioner and didn’t offer to change our room. We couldn’t imagine spending a second night there with our baby. He spent the entire night crying because it was too hot, and opening the windows wasn’t an option since it was very noisy outside. Basically It's a tourism Trap. "

"Fantastic hotel, great location not far from the main strip but far enough to not be noisy. 5 mins walk to flower street, 10 minutes walk to the beach. 2 mins walk from Restaurant Djanny etc. The staff are very friendly and keen to help with any request and also give you local info if you haven't been to sunny beach before. Rooms are basic but clean with everything you need, beds comfy, good air con and a fridge.. The pool is tiny but great for cooling down plus it's quiet and not busy. I like to swim in the sea anyway so this didn't bother me. Next time I'm in the area i will definitely look to book here again. "
