Our shepherd’s wagons are cosy and comfortably equipped with a sleeping area, bathroom, kitchen, and private terrace. Depending on the shepherd’s wagon, a pool and sauna are also available—perfect for relaxing after an eventful day.

Of course, every overnight stay includes access to a grill—enjoy balmy summer evenings in good company.

Skudde Shepherd’s Wagon // Small, charming, and truly special

Our lovingly designed Skudde shepherd’s wagon, measuring 5.50 m in length and 2 m in width, offers a surprising amount of space for 2 to 3 people—perfect for a cosy getaway for two or with a child.
The sleeping areas, each measuring 0.90 m x 2.00 m, are comfortable, high-quality, and ideal for sleeping in and dreaming. (Note: There is no hot tub in the Skudde; this is only included in the Merino shepherd’s wagon.)



Small sleeping area, but with every comfort
- Double bed (width: 170 cm, length: 200 cm)
- Additional sleeping space for a child (above the bed)
- Flat-screen TV and reading lights by each bed
- Two windows that open and tilt for fresh air
- Central heating for comfortable temperatures; usable year-round
- Three drawers under the bed for extra storage space (60 x 70 x 18 cm)



Small kitchen, big possibilities
- Small dining area with a table and seating for 3 people
- Fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, hob, electric kettle, and sink
- Upper cabinets with useful kitchen utensils

- Compact but functional: 1.60 m x 0.70 m

- Towel warmer, mirror, and a small window
- All windows are equipped with fly screens

The Skudde shepherd’s wagon offers you a unique stay surrounded by nature. It is suitable for both summer and winter stays and is ideally located for exploring the beautiful surroundings of Franconian Switzerland.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
