Despite its size of 46 square metres, it has everything you need! Guests enjoy a beautiful view of the Swiss Alps from here. Electric blinds, an lift to the apartment, and heated floors. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, including a kettle, small dishwasher, toaster, and drip coffee maker. There is plenty of dishware available. Spices, vinegar, and oils are also provided. The living/dining area features a cosy seating area, a TV, fiber-optic cable, and a large sleeper sofa (which can accommodate a third person). This is the entrance to the balcony with a view of the Swiss Alps.
The bathroom has a window, a walk-in shower, a toilet, a sink, and a hair dryer. Storage space is available. The bedroom has two windows, a double bed (200x180 m), an armchair, and a closet—more than enough for two people. The apartment is located in a 6-family Haus.Es, which serves as a second home for many, making it very quiet and sparsely inhabited. The building is ideally situated for shopping, hiking, or dining out—everything is within walking distance. It is located on the outskirts of Grafenhausen, near the Rothaus State Brewery. The apartment also includes an underground parking space that guests are welcome to use. The apartment has underfloor heating.
Grafenhausen is a beautiful town that offers many activities and attractions. Local shopping, doctors, a petrol station and a car dealership, a general store, a post office, a Volksbank, a bakery, and a pastry shop
