Spring Break

The rustic cabins are great for two people! Deer everywhere that was pretty cool!!! They have a boat tamp that was very nice with a dock.

First vrbo Experience

Overall nice experience and fishing a gratifyingexperience ,whichiswhatwecame to the PossumKingdom Lake for. However a 79 dollar cleaning fee above the140 dollars a night was execessive, considering the amount of food left stuck in between Every Board of picnic style dining table,yuk, We were two adults who barely used the microwave, showered and slept. Otherwise clean, but kind of a " things that make you go.hmmm?" when younoticed the table sitting down to eat & remember the cleaningfee we were charged.So if expect a large crew and activity it would be great.Peacefull and no one else there during the week, so very private. We locked ourselves out and fellow who came to rescu us very nice and friendly. Overall pleasant stay.

Loved this place so much! Quaint, simple cabin looked just like the photos and the area is in a beautiful little cove that was quiet & peaceful. Will definitely stay here again!
We would fish off the rock area you see (where the awning is) most mornings or just go sit & enjoy the view.
There are lots of deer (& geese) around the property. You can feed them deer corn if you bring some.

Plug up some Eskimo holes!

There were some air leaks from the inside return air vent! You can see daylight through those suckers! It was very cold during our stay. March 16-18, 2023. Bring your own toilet paper! The mini split AC system was great until it shut down! The noise from that woke us up every time! I don’t think they are supposed to make that noise! Sounded like someone was trying to break through the door!

The only issue we had was that the email we received telling us the entry code did not contain the cabin number so we had to contact someone to give us the cabin number. Other than that, everything was just as stated and shown in the listing. We had a good weekend! Thanks.
