Check in was ok, clerk was "supposed to be off work" but grouchily stayed and helped us. Tried joking around kinda angrily with us. It was ok, not horrible. Had to ask for eggs for breakfast on Sunday, cAme out hot and fresh in 5 min. Mondays eggs were old but still ok. Room next to the elevator, you could hear it all night long, tipe, keep on thea/c to dround out the sound.

Old but comfortable
We have normally stayed at Comfort Suites in Racine, however, decided to stay here. Beds were comfortable, but we were disappointed with the condition of the floors and walls. Floors were not as clean as they could be, we had little ants in the bathroom, and the walls definitely need to be painted. It's worn in many places and dirty/dingy. A coat of paint will go a long way. The hallway lighting is also very dim, to hid the imperfections. Breakfast was not good at all. However, all in all, it still was a pleasant say. I love the beds and for the first time in a long time, I got a good nights sleep.

The room was not clean, there was a large stain on the comforter, and the bathtub and toilet had hair around it as well as dirt in the bathtub. The pillows were terrible, and that was my 22 year old sons assessment, and they can sleep anywhere. The black out curtains did not keep out the light out of the room at all. I am normally not one to leave reviews at all, but this was worth mentioning.

It’s conveniently near some fast food places that are within walking distance. Place was decent, though bed was a little hard and we had issues with the card key. Not a bad place to stay for a night.

If you wish to stay in a room that is old; veneer on doors chipped, furniture worn out, a squeak bed, carpet stained from pets, coupled with fact the environment in the motel was unsafe this is a place for you. Extremely disappointed!

Convenient to shopping and dining in historic Cedarburg, WI. Property is a bit older and maintenance (shower head ring not attached to wall, large stain on rug near bed stand, deadbolt lock not working on first assigned room) has a bit to be desired. Would stay there again, though, as price was decent.

Definitely not worth the money.
Was very disappointed with our stay. The bed was fine and i did like the fact that they had a range of pillows to choose from. But thats about it. It's an older hotel tha could use a bit of maintenance overall. It han a nice tv but the satellite it was connected to kept saying that it had a weak signal, probably bue to weather. But we had clear skies. They had the hot water turned down to luke warm. There is no way you could take a shower. I tried it several times in the evening and morning. Let it run for several minutes and it never warmed up. Evethe toilet paper was the cheapest stuff you could by. Got to breakfast early and i think the sausage was from yesterday, they were dried out and hard as a rock. Definitely not worth the money.

We has 2 ajoining rooms which was perfect for a girl's weekend. The rooms are on the smaller size with small closet, refrigerator and bathroom. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner, trust me. Location was the main reason we stayed here and it served us right.

loved the hotel and the staff. Very nice and kind. I've stayed here before and will do so again. Loved it and loved the breakfast they serve every morning. So very special. Thank you for that wonderful touch.

The property was average. Not sure I would stay there again. I was not happy when I had to pick up a wrapper off the floor in my "clean" room. I had to make the bed since whomever cleaned our room doesn't know how. There was a padded mattress cover but wasn't helpful and the mattress was very dated and uncomfortable for us. The hot tub was OK....Only half the jets were working. Breakfast was free and better than nothing at all. We utilized an entrance closer to our room and it was supposed to be secure entry, but we got in without a room key....The door didn't lock. Staff were friendly.

The hot tub wasn't working properly. There was a used bath towel left hanging behind the bathroom door. I was in a room on the 3rd floor of hotel. Had to go down to the 1st floor to get some ice.

The stay was good. I feel that the breakfast could use more choices and quantity, especially on festival weekends. The room seemed clean until I got down to look for a dropped item on the floor. Found some scraps of food under the nightstand.
