"Dear Hotel Manager, I hope you are doing well. I wanted to bring to your attention an issue i experienced during my recent stay. When I checked into my room, there were no towels provided. In addition, there was no hot water available the evening I arrived or the following morning. These issuesmade my stay quite inconvenient, and I wanted to make sure the hotel was aware so they can be addressed. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide regarding this matter.
