"The property exists as a hotel since 1908 and the management deserves credit for the upkeep and maintenance which is immaculate.Management were very willing to change my room to a sea view room.Restaurant at the roof top is calm and serene.I think slightly overpriced for the amenities.Though there was tea and coffee maker but there was no milk. Somehow the room was uncomfortable and felt cold and uncomfortably. Staff were very courteous and helpful"

They made sure we had everything we needed and were there to help with anything, luggage, recommendations, directions, it was great! They had a very wide selection for breakfast and had a bar and restaurant attached to the hotel that made our first night super easy! Overall a great stay!"

"Great hotel but the main reason we booked was for the pool and it is only open in ‘summertime’. It was 24 degrees when we were there and it wasn’t clear when booking that it wouldn’t be open. "

"Amazing hotel. It was super clean (updated modern rooms), friendly staff, breakfast included. Walking distance to restaurants and public transportation, making it easy to visit the main spots via the port (Amalfi, Positano, Capri). Highly recommend"

"Beautiful hotel with very spacious rooms and bathrooms. Nice view overlooking the lemon trees and beautiful distance views. Beautiful 1 mile walk to main area in town. Taxi ride to dock for boats to Capri and Ischa. Rooftop dry martini bar was spectacular and if it’s raining or too cool the dry martini bar first floor is beautiful. Pool area very nice with service. I gave this 4 stars ONLY because we asked for a coffe just to go as we missed breakfast by a few minutes. Reception went into ask whomever was in charge and they said no. Seemed like too simple of a request to not be honored and did not match any of accommodating staff we had dealt with . Sometimes it’s the little things that give the biggest impression"

"The room was okay overall. It was clean and fairly spacious, but unfortunately quite noisy. We could clearly hear guests in the rooms next to us and above, which was disruptive both at night and early in the morning. The shower was also quite small. The location was a highlight, about a 15 minute walk to the city centre. It felt quieter than staying right in the middle, which suited us well. We didn’t try the breakfast, but it is worth noting that only a continental option is available in the mornings, despite there being a restaurant on site. This is a suitable option if you are simply looking for a place to sleep and shower, but do not expect much beyond that. One concern during our stay was that a staff member entered our room with a key while we were still sleeping, and no proper explanation was provided, which was odd."

"We spent one night here to catch an early flight . We were upgraded to a suite which was nice but this hotel had large bus groups and the restateabt was a disaster . Food was less than mediocre and dinner service was really slow . Breakfast was large buffet but carrots were ice cold and tasteless . Eggs awful . share to find a place to sit . Wouldn't stay here again ,"
