"Front desk was very nice. Actually most of the staff the staff I encountered was great. However, on several occasions the staff was out in front/side of the main entrance smoking which made it unavoidable to exit or enter the hotel without encountering smoke. I’m asthmatic snd smoke triggers an attack. If they could take the smoking to the back of the property, or an area that is nowhere near the main entrance, this would be ideal. Aside from that, they get 5 stars. "

"The hotel was very clean and had everything that I needed. The only thing that I didn't like was having to pay for parking. I understand that, in the middle of a big city, parking is very hard to find, and it can be a big cost for a company but, in here, there were plenty of space available. It was not a gated or security watched parking so, why the extra fee? "
