"Pros: Der Check-in war super einfach und entspannt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gepflegt. Man hatte alles nötige was man braucht. "Pros: Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Das ein kleiner Innenhof für den Hund zur Verfügung stand, fanden wir sehr angenehm. Cons: In der oberen Etage mussten wir in manchen Bereichen den Kopf einziehen, da die Decke so niedrig war. Für den Hund ist die Wendeltreppe nicht geeignet, aber er muss dort auch nicht hin. Oben befinden sich nämlich nur das Bad und das Schlafzimmer."

"The hotel is a good walkable location for accessing the town center and Schloss. Staff and check in were excellent. The rooms were spacious, modern, well decorated, and clean. The mattress and bedding were very comfortable. The parking garage was inexpensive and there was plenty of spaces. That is the good. It was a hot June weekend and a key criteria for choosing a hotel was an AC cooled room. Outside during the day, it was 32 centigrade. The room at check in was close to 30. When we returned in the evening the outside temperature was 24 centigrade. The room was still close to 30. We turned on the AC, all it did was blow warm air. Front desk was not able to assist. We were forced to sleep in a hot room that never cooled over the course of the night. Cooling should be based on room temperature and occupancy, not outside temperature."

The room had every facility you could want. Very pleased that there were no cushions on the bed, good quality bed linen and towels, charging points beside the bed and lots of storage space. The staff were lovely and the service was good, as was the breakfast. We had no complaints at all. "
