"The staff went above and beyond. We had an early morning flight for departure. They packed us a box breakfast and helped us with airport luggage cart for us to wheel luggage across the street to the airport. They also gave us information about taking the subway into Athens the afternoon before our departure. Hotel met all of our needs."

There was a large group checking out and because almost everyone had some problem it was taking a long time. Alexandra handled everyone with a serene calmness that relaxed the guest.
