Nice friendly hostel

Nice kitchen/ communial area. A few more essential things would be nice:e.g. Salt, pepper, .. Coffee machine with coffee and tea is there. Good for meeting others. There are lockeres in the bedroom for your stuff. Bathroom was clean.

Cheap, only recommend for an emergency

Mattress was terribly old and not very comfortable, you can expect that for the price and no A/C but for a city like Granada is absolutely necessary.

I was kicked out for possible snoring and was not refunded unused days. No one at desk or security from five pm till nine am. Just had a cheap dirty feel .

Any place that is too cheap to provide towels automatically gets 1 star. Provide a towel you cheapos. If you want me to put a deposit so I don't steal it, that is totally understandable. But if you expect me to pay for a towel, get out of here. Reception not open in the morning. Said their number is available 24/7, but I couldn't reach them and they didn't even respond until 9 am. Room was blazing hot because they had the heat cranked up to 1000 for absolutely no reason. If the room is too hot in November when the outdoor temperature is under 15 degrees, that is on you.

Pas une catastrophe, mais l'hôtel est exigu, les marches de l'escalier en pierre sont glissantes (et dangereuses), dans la chambre les lits superposés sont un peu branlants et atteindre le lit du haut est accrobatique (il manque un barreau d' échelle), la salle de petit-déjeuner est sombre, et le petit-dej "cheap" (même en tenant compte du prix). Pas de clim. Ambiance moyenne (plein d'affiche sur ce qu'on peut (doit!) et ne peut pas (doit pas!) faire ... Bon côté: le wifi fonctionne bien, la rue est calme. J'ai bien dormi dans le dortoir de 4. Je recommande de jeter un oeil à l'hotel rue Conde de Tendillas, qui ne présente pas les inconvénients listés ici.

La réception n’est pas ouverte 24 heures sur 24 contrairement à ce qui est annoncé mais le personnel est très sympa et réactif. J’ai passé 5 nuits dans le dortoir « Bosque » de 6 lits. La couverture était couverte de cheveux mais le lit confortable. Les « coffres-forts » sont bien pratiques (ce sont des tiroirs qui ferment à clef sous les lits) même si le bruit quand ils roulent est infernal. La douche était bouchée mais la salle de bain propre. La cuisine est bien équipée, et la terrasse bien appréciable

La limpieza muy buena, las habitaciones son bonitas. Esta muy buen ubicado pero Lamentablemente con los servicios he tenido inconvenientes. Falta papel sanitario, no funcionaban mis enchufes y encontré mi locker abierto. Y Los problemas no se solucionan con sonrisas sino con hechos. No volvería.
