This apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The front desk's hours are very limited, but the check-in and check-out are very easy. It is the walking distance to the most attractions. We called Uber to Alhambra and then used bus back to apartment.

A good sized Apartment neat the Cathedral
It was lovely to have an aprtment to stay in for a couple if nights. It was conveniently located for cafes and restaurants and to visit the cathedral. My only complaint was that we did not have a view so could not see the weather until we were out in it

Our stay was a brief stopover but after our travels it was nice to have the luxury of a clean room and a comfy bed. Thanks to the team for the great dinner recommendations as we had a fantastic meal close to the cathedral.

Not worth your money
Very dated and dark apartment. You can hear outside. As soon as you entered, the apartment smelled awful, not sure if it is because the apartment was on the first floor. The bed was also uncomfortable. They leave used dishwasher sponges. The only good thing was the lady who checked us in who was very friendly.

Lovely rooms. The location is perfect, close to the cathedral, downtown shopping and the albaicin neighborhood. I would stay there again on another trip to Granada.

Fantastic stay! Check in was easy as I had filled out the forms ahead of time. Communication with the staff was also quite good. They responded quickly via Whatsapp and the check in staff was nice. Room was also very comfortable and had everything I needed. The internet connection was a little slow (5 mbps upload, 1 mbps download) but it was enough to complete a Zoom class without problems.

We arrived later than 7pm when there was no receptionist so we received instructions to access the hotel. The instructions were initially provided in Spanish through Expedia which I had to translate. As part of that process, we also had a portal where we had to fill in some information and the bank details which didn't work so I had to contact the receptionist. Luckily Maria replied really promptly either else I would have to worry about whether we were allowed access to building. We only realised after the trip that there was mention about breakfast across the street at a bodega, but it doesn't mention whether it was complementary or not. Overall the space is really practical and we stayed in a suite with one bedroom, bathroom with great water pressure rain shower, living room with open plan kitchen. It's a bit of a mystery where we would hear water dripping sounds at night because it got so quiet. It's situated on the main street of Granada. You can't beat the convenience as everything was practically on your doorstep including buses, 20-25 mins walk to Alhambra, food choices are ample and all the other well-known landmarks are within 5-15 mins walk.

The apartment was spacious, well equipped, and very comfortable. The pillows were, in particular, spectacular! This was an excellent value for the money, and I would have been happy spending much more time there. The front desk's hours are unfortunately very limited, but the self-check-in system using the lock box in the lobby worked well. The mobile check-in and mobile key were buggy, so I would skip that next time and just use the lock-box. The staff were friendly and helpful by email and during the time they were on site.

Our unit, and the building interior, was adorable! It was so well laid out, with everything you could need. And (for us USA-ians) the shower was fully enclosed. We loved it.

Our stay was good, really liked having the balcony and the separate bedroom, small kitchen. The people at the front desk were super nice and very helpful. Didn’t like the parking situation because it was so far off sight, but this is fairly normal for booking a place inside the cities where everything is within walking distance.

Great stay in great location with friendly staff!!
Great place in a great location!! The man who checked us in was so friendly and helpful and spoke English. He suggested a great flamenco show and we bought tickets from him. He gave us a map and told us how to get around and great things to see. Room was very clean and beds were comfy. There is a room on the bottom floor with coffees and teas and pastries. Al Hambra is within walking distance but all uphill. We took a taxi there and walked back. Again the location couldn’t be better and we would definitely stay here again. There are amazing shawarma places a block behind too!!

Well located near train station Puerta de Atocha, Very friendly staff. They were very helpful giving tips. Room was small but confortable. Air condition and Internet worked excellent. Many close restaurants for tapas and other fine food. Has a small kitchen but dint have the need to use it. Would stay again.

Spotless fully self contained suite in an excellent location. Very comfortable bed. The bathroom was a bit on the small side for me (I'm on the large side) but it's a minor complaint. Overall a great place to stay and highly recommended.

Location was good. The things that I didn’t like was the dryer needs to be updated it’s small, over heats and have to wait a couple of minutes plus you have to press a bottom at all times to blow dry your hair and the internet is very slow.

Good morning Wan Kye, Wine was a present. The amount was an extra charge for cleaning the kitchen. There was an sticker just above the kitchen which says: "Please leave the kitchen clean and tidy on the day of your departure. This service can be hired at EXTRA CHARGE."
