The Property: This brand-new custom 4-bedroom, 3-bath waterfront home is designed for families and groups looking to relax, reconnect, and enjoy everything Lake Granbury has to offer. With room for up to 12 guests, there’s plenty of space to gather together while still having room to spread out.

    Go out or stay in—you’ve got both. You’re only about 3 minutes from downtown Granbury’s restaurants, shops, wineries, and attractions, yet once you return home, you’ll feel tucked away in a quiet waterfront setting.

    Start your morning with coffee and lake views, spend the day fishing from the shoreline or relaxing in the backyard, then fire up the grill, challenge the family to cornhole, or enjoy your favorite show on the 70-inch outdoor TV. As the day winds down, gather around the fire pit and take in a beautiful Lake Granbury sunset.

    Inside, the open-concept living area features 12-foot ceilings, large lake-view windows, a fireplace, and plenty of room for everyone to gather. The kitchen is equipped for group meals, while four comfortable bedrooms provide sleeping space for adults and kids.

    Families will especially love the dedicated bunk room, featuring two twin-over-queen bunk beds, a TV, kids’ books, and an Oculus.

Turn off all lights and appliances. Set the thermostat to 78. Ensure no flames or hot coals remain in the Kamado Joe grill. Use only lump charcoal. After use, confirm all embers are out.
Close the door and press the lock button on the Schlage keypad. No keys required. If you used the hide-a-key, return it to its original location. Thank you!
