Big mountain views for big groups at Ski Granby Ranch!

Casa Vista Granby is renovated to cater to large groups with its 11 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, large wrap-around deck with stunning views of the Rocky Mountains! Casa Vista Granby is situated 1 mile to the base of Ski Granby Ranch! Our home features a large open living area upstairs with an open floor plan that shares the kitchen and dining area to accommodate your entire group. We have 2 outdoor hot tubs, an indoor steam room, and plenty of rooms to bring extended family and friends. The kitchen has a very large island with plenty of counter space for cooking and entertaining with all the tools to satisfy any chef. Outside you will find a grill that is plumbed to natural gas so you will always have access to fuel along with a gas fire pit for use year-round with a handicap accessible ramp. The 6 lower-level bedrooms have newly installed AC, and heat split units for precise temperatures, they also serve as a redundant heat source. The primary heating and hot water are provided by 2 boilers, so you are backed up in case of any issues with a boiler. There are 10 thermostats controlling various bedrooms and living areas to ensure everyone has their perfect temperature. We highly recommend all-wheel drive and snow tires in the winter to ensure easy access in and out of the driveway. We keep tire chains, and a tow strap on-site to help if you happen to need some help getting out.

Our cleaning costs are usually around $600. If you take special care of our property we will credit any savings back to you.

QUIET HOURS STRICTLY ENFORCED 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. daily.

Outdoor lights should be turned off by 9 p.m.

Guests must adhere to all county fire bans. Fireworks are NEVER permitted.

Great Rental, Great location!

This place is sweet; two hot tubs, heated floors, room for the whole family, and with Granby Ranch right there, the property is a perfect family ski getaway, and felt like a home away from home by the time we had to time to leave <3 will definitely return!

Byrd Wedding

Entire bridal party and brides family enjoyed this stay. We crafted for the wedding during the day and enjoyed the beautiful view from the gorgeous deck in the evenings. I wish we had more time to just SIT and relax!! Wonderful spacious house with everything we needed

Winter Paradise

Awesome stay- beautiful home, lots of space, and so cozy with all the snow coming down. Perfect distance to the ski resort and shuttle buses but just far enough to be quiet and peaceful during our stay.

Upgrade to Casa Vista

We we’re given a upgrade which was more outside room for the older kids to play volleyball. The house had plenty of room for everybody. Had a great family reunion and the owners were great people to work with. We would rent from these host again.

Winter Ski Trip

Our stay at Casa Vista was fantastic! We had a group of 14 and we all felt that we had plenty of space and privacy. The kitchen was well stocked which was important because we cooked all of our meals here. There are 2 almost commercial size refrigerators. Also, we were just minutes from a grocery store. The beds were very comfortable and all of the bathrooms were accommodating. This home was a great deal and exactly what we were looking for. We will be back.

Family get together

We recently stayed at a beautiful 11-bedroom home in the mountains, booked through VRBO, and couldn’t be happier with our experience. My partner and I used the house as a central meeting place for our extended family who live in the area, and it was perfect for our needs. The listing was accurately described, and the hosts were friendly, responsive, and excellent communicators. While the house is a bit older, it has been well-kept and maintained, giving it a charming, rustic feel without sacrificing comfort. Each bedroom was comfortable, providing ample room for everyone to relax. The massage chair and steam room were fantastic additions that added a touch of luxury to our stay. The scenic mountain views and serene surroundings made our time there truly special. The location was convenient for family members traveling from nearby areas, making it an ideal spot for our reunion. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious and welcoming home in the mountains.

Beautiful Views, But Major Issues with Comfort and Maintenance

We stayed at this property in January, and while it had its positives, the overall experience left a lot to be desired.Cons:The heating system was a major issue. Some rooms were unbearably hot (reaching 79F) with no way to lower the temperature, while others were freezing. Despite multiple visits from the maintenance technician, the problem persisted, and we eventually resorted to using the backup emergency heating units, which barely worked—an unacceptable situation during winter.One of the downstairs sinks was out of order. Unfortunately, the couple staying in that room didn’t mention it until the end of our stay, so it remained unusable.The house’s renovation was subpar. Uneven tiles in the kitchen caused tripping hazards, and the bathroom sinks were impractically small, with no usable counter space and water constantly spilling over.The hot tubs were dirty upon arrival, and we opted not to use them. Similarly, the steam room had sand or powder on the floor, making it unappealing.The driveway was treacherous when iced over. Even with AWD and 4x4 vehicles, it was impossible to avoid sliding, which led to an accident where one of our cars slid into another.The house wasn’t ready at the promised 4 PM check-in time. The cleaning crew and maintenance staff were still on-site when we arrived.Pros:The views from the rooms were beautiful.The location was convenient, being close to Granby Ranch.Overall: While the views and location were good, the numerous issues with

Don't Waste your time or Money

We stayed here over Spring Break March 2019. When we arrived there were several things that were broken, a dining chair, one the stair treads. We had several issues while staying at the property. We were told that we could not park on the road or we would be ticketed, however, there was no way to put 7 cars around the house because the snow had not been cleared. If you did not have 4x4 there was no way to make it down the drive to the property. All of our vehicles became stuck at one point or another during this trip. We all ended up parking on the road and having to walk down to the unit. The driveway was super slick, and several of us fell walking on the driveway several times. There was supposed to be salt available, but the bags on the porch were empty. We had several issues that the maintenance man did come to address some, however they were not all taken care of, upon talking to him, it seemed that he didn't know when the last group left, and when we arrived, so several issues the group before us had did not get addressed before we arrived. The hot tub did not have any chemicals to put in it, the water had a greenish tent and smelled awful. One of the fridges didn't work. The morning of our check out we woke up to no water in the house. Several of us had to make a 12+ hour trip home without the ability to take a shower or clean ourselves up before we left. The maintenance man came and was working on the water, but was not able to get water for us before we left. I am not saying that our whole stay was bad, and we did have a good, time, however, I don't feel the ad was representative of the condo we paid a lot of money for. I think that the house has a lot of issues that need to be addressed and the maintenance man is really just putting bandaids on the things that are broken and doesn't have the time needed to fix the problems and do any preventive maintenance. I think as a whole having to fight the slick driveway and having to carry all of our belongings in and out up the hill, this was a major pain. I think the ad needs to say 4x4 access only if you can't get to it in a car. I tried to rectify this with the property owner before leaving a bad review, but she won't answer my emails.

2025 Ski Trip

Very accommodating, we had a large group that this house handled easily. The large kitchen/living room area provided enough space for us all to hang out and eat comfortably. The location to Granby and the ski lodge was perfect. Definitely would stay again!

Great for large groups

This is the second time we’ve stayed there and we really enjoyed it again. It has everything you’ll need. Very easy to find and really close to restaurants and grocery stores. Very hard to find a place that will have this many bedrooms. Highly recommend

Great Location

This rambling house had plenty of space for our reunion, and was superbly situated for access to the western side of Rocky Mountain National Park. It a bit rough around the edges, but worked fine for us. I was shocked that the only coffee maker we could find had a four-cup carafe, wholly insufficient for our group of 12. On the other hand, I was pleasantly surprised to find the house had a EV charger, since I rented an electric vehicle. Overall, a good value.

The location and home were well suited for our family reunion. We have some maintenance issues that popped up, but the responsiveness and communication was great and all issues were resolved quickly. Recommend this location for a large gathering.

I have never seen an 11 bedroom vrbo..this really is..large deck..2 hot tubs..sauna..multiple grills..2 fire pits..large tvs everywhere. Right across from the grocery store..Not much more a person could ask for!
