I stayed at the hotel a week ago in a different room and was very pleased with the quality of the room and how nice it was. I brought my kids back for a birthday trip for my daughter, and stayed in a suite and was surprised to see the room to be a bit dated compared to the other room. We loved to spa tub and didn’t bother our stay, but the difference if the stays surprised me.

Another good reservation

Stay was the same as before, comfortable, clean and staff is friendly. I only have 2 comments: 1. Poor girl was alone during check-in and there was a lot of people waiting; 2. Include breakfast year round not just during summer.

Speedy and easy check in process. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Complementary breakfast had generous portion but depending on the time, there can be a 15-20 min line up. Our only issue with our stay was the lack of crib for our 2 year old. When I called the hotel after online reservation to see if we needed to reserve in advance for a crib, I was told that simply to notify on arrival. However, upon arrival, we learnt that there were only rollaway beds available and the hotel no longer offered cribs since 2 years ago… the night was challenging with our child rolling off the bed twice even though we placed the mattress on the floor and put pillows around. For families traveling with infants and toddlers needing to stay in a crib, I’d recommend to reconsider.

The only thing I would say they had no control on the electrical charger so always the same people or parked there all day or night . With 4 stations- I’ve been the other hotels with only 2 and was better managed

The service at the restaurant was very bad. Not the waitress fault but the hotel. She was alone to serve both restaurants, and there was only one cook working. This was march break, the hotel should have added more staff at the restaurants. We waited 1 1/2 hours for our meal. With young kids, it was not easy.
