Welcome to our condo at The Reserve at Ten Mile Unit A-202. This ground floor 2 bedroom condo is an ideal family retreat and Pet Friendly for dogs only centrally located in Grand County for easy access to all the local attractions and events! Enjoy a renovated and spacious floor plan, gas fireplace, ceiling fans, private patio and will sleep up to six guests. The open floor plan provides a warm and inviting sitting with comfortable sofa to relax in front of the gas fireplace or flat screen television for a quiet evening. The ceiling fan will help to cool off during the warmer summer months or take a step out onto the private patio for fresh air and a lovely view. The adjacent dining area will seat up to four guests and is located with easy access to the main living area to enjoy everyone’s company for evenings of entertainment and the kitchen. Additional seating for three guests at the breakfast bar to grab a quick snack on your way out the door. The kitchen has new appliances, wood cabinetry, granite countertops and tile flooring. The primary bedroom is a queen-sized bedroom, ceiling fan, access to a private patio and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom will sleep up to three guests with a queen-sized bed and twin bed. Bedding: Queen, Queen, Twin bed Unit amenities include Pet Friendly (dogs only no cats), complimentary WI-FI access, private patio, and fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Please note that there is no air conditioning. Parking: There is parking for 2 vehicles in the outdoor parking lot. Please do not park on the complex streets. Property amenities include a common area outdoor hot tub and firepit.
