Book this JUST UPDATED, SPACIOUS condo at The Mountainside at Granby Ranch, Colorado. Priced to make your vacation fun AND affordable. Avoid the large crowds and expensive resorts at this great family-friendly location in wide-open Grand County.

Mountainside #67 is adjacent to the slopes conveniently located between the lifts. . Our nearly 1,200 sq foot condo sleeps up to 8 with plenty of room for the whole family.

New kitchen cabinets and appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, bakeware, dishes, flatware, glassware, coffee maker; toaster, crock pot, blender-everything you need.

The Master bedroom, with updated private bath, has a Queen bed. The loft bedroom has 2 Queen beds and also an updated full private bathroom. There is a bathroom off the living area, and a queen pull-out sofa. A full-size private hot tub is accessible from the living area and the Master bedroom. There is a flat screen TV and DVR player in the living room and each bedroom with direct TV provided. Free wireless internet access is provided*.

A full size washer and dryer have been added in the loft bathroom. The expansive sectional sofa in the living area provides plenty of seating space for everyone to relax and visit.

Granby Ranch is conveniently located in the heart of wide-open Grand County. Rocky Mountain National Park (viewable from the deck) and Grand Lake are 15 minutes away as is Winter Park. Soak in Hot Sulphur Springs only 20 minutes away.

The Mountainside is a ski in/ski out complex.** Enjoy other winter/snow activities nearby.

Come summer, play golf or tennis, ride mountain bikes, hike, and swim right out the door. Nearby activities include rafting, boating, horseback riding, fishing, rodeo, music festivals, live theater and so much more.

Fall is a wonderful time to be at The Mountainside with changing trees and perfect weather.

Granby Wedding Weekend

We really enjoyed your mountain home and it was a perfect fit for us. The view is spectacular and the location was ideal! Maybe I missed it, but I do wish the description would have said something about all of the stairs and distance from the parking lot. Other than that, our stay was excellent!

Great place for ski getaway!

The condo was great - very comfortable and warm even when it -22 outside! We had 3 great days of skiing and then a quick ski/walk back and a hot tub ready to soak away the pain!! It was just as advertised and had everything we needed.

Slice of winter heaven!

Great property within steps of Granby Ranch Ski Resort. Had a great weekend with my wife and four kids exploring around Granby, skiing at the ranch, and snowmobiling with On The Trails Rentals. Perfect weekend, the mountainside condo's are perfectly situated.

We enjoyed our time at the condo. The large windows facing the mountains were what made it for me. The view alone is worth 5 stars. The bed was very comfortable. We had no issues with noise from other units. Would absolutely stay here again.

Roomy with great views

A roomy condo with great views and access to the lodge area. These units are older (I like the sunken den 70s vibe), and the owner is in the process of updating the floors, kitchen and baths.

We took our 8, 5, and 3 year old boys skiing for the first time at Granby Ranch. Kathy was a joy to work with. The condo was a great price in a great location. We made memories that will last a lifetime! If you are looking for a place to teach your kids to ski this is the perfect place!

Beautiful Home away from home with the best view!

My family of 5 certainly enjoyed our visit! Kathy's home was equipped with just about everything we needed to make our stay comfortable! My 4 year loved the hot tub! I have to say, the communication was immaculate especially at times when I needed assistance. I will certainly be back on another visit to Colorado!

It could of have been better

Amazing place, meaning space wise, great located,the host very easy to communicate with, had to make some changes with my reservation on the last minute and kathy was very easy to work with, the cleaning part though...wasn't that good, microwave was nasty, it seems like it wasn't been used for days, it yellow nasty stuff stuck in it, the bathrooms either, probably not even scrub, and for last i love to grill, so everything i took to be cooking those days was to grill and find that there's a grill but without a propane, I was very disappoint about it.

Our overall experience was great. The view from the balcony was perfect for sitting and having your morning coffee. The location was what we were looking for. Not right down in the middle of a town. Close enough to a town and anything you need but not staying in the busy of a town like Winter Park.

My family of four plus my parents had a great stay at Grandby over the New Years holiday. The condo was as advertised, no surprises. You can walk to the either the Kicking Horse or Quick Draw Express lift for skiing. (Kicking Horse was easier in my opinion - less stairs with ski boots on!) We even got to enjoy the Grandby fireworks from our window! Great time at an affordable rate. Thank you!

Felt just like home

What a great condo and location. It was homey and relaxing. The hot tub was a fun added touch. Great feel. The only thing we were disappointed in the downstairs bathroom was not clean. The shower had not been clean and there were dirty wash clothes and towels left in the bathroom. But overall the condo itself was fantastic!!!

Ski trip

Went for a ski trip, but was unable to ski because of a knee injury the week previous to trip. Nice condo. Some furniture and doors are worn, but otherwise nice. Beautiful view and private hot tub. Well stocked. Difficult to get luggage in unit. You have to go down a flight of stairs, across a cat walk and back up 2 flights of stairs.
