The Condo
Located on the second floor with vaulted ceilings, this fully renovated condo features luxury vinyl plank flooring and an open floor plan. The wonderfully renovated kitchen offers modern cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a quartz island with a breakfast bar seating four, plus a main dining table. The main living area includes comfortable seating around a gas fireplace and a flat screen television. Step out to the private deck to take in the surrounding mountain views. Please note that this home does not have air conditioning.

This condo is a quieter mountain base near Granby Ranch, positioned for both Winter Park skiing and Grand Lake days. Situated in Building 3 of Summit at Silvercreek, you have easy access to the Granby Ranch owner's lift. Guests can enjoy the common area patio equipped with outdoor furniture, an outdoor hot tub, a BBQ area, and paid laundry facilities. Downtown Granby is 5 miles away.

A four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle is recommended during heavy snowfall.
