Hit and miss

"Overall this hotel was hit and miss. The staff were generally nice and helpful but the policies they had to follow makes you feel like they don't care much about your stay. For example you can't drink the tap water but they only give you bottled water when you arrive - after that you have to buy ..."

"We loved this hotel, which was recently refurbished. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating and were able to make excellent vegetarian food available to us. The room was spacious with a wonderful terrace overlooking the ocean, which is just a few yards away. There is also a lovely pool. ..."
