Bazaar Square Lodges - Frangipane (Garden)

Bazaar Square, a small, creative, and surf-friendly spot tucked away just behind the Grand Baie bazaar. We like to say we’re right in the centre of it all… but still a little off to the side 🌿

Ideally located in the heart of Grand Baie, just a short walk from the beaches, restaurants, and shops.
You’ll enjoy the tranquility of a charming guest house while staying close to the hustle and bustle of the island’s north.

The accommodation include two double bedrooms, a kitchen, and a large, bright living area, with two shared pools surrounded by the lush greenery of the large tropical garden—perfect for relaxing.

It’s the perfect place for a holiday with friends or family: comfort, a warm atmosphere, and an ideal location await you!

Our first five lodges (2 bedrooms, sleeps 4) are already ready to welcome you: two on the ground floor, right next to the garden; three upstairs, with balconies and views of the garden or the pool; for couples, there’s also a studio (sleeps 2) perched on the second floor, with a panoramic terrace overlooking the pool and a large private wooden rooftop deck.
The last three lodges and the second studio will open in mid-December 2026 to complete the family ;)


🤩 Garden Lodges on the ground floor 🤩

Our charming guest house offers four spacious and comfortable Garden Lodges, each featuring two double bedrooms. Two overlook the garden, and the other two overlook the pool.
Located on the ground floor, these accommodation feature a small open terrace—perfect for getting some fresh air and accessing the tropical garden.
They offer easy access and a welcoming atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing stay.


The property? A very large tropical garden, two beautiful pools, plenty of peace and quiet (just the sound of birds singing), and the ocean just a stone’s throw away. City centre and all the shops are nearby, and the beach is just a few minutes’ walk away.
You can stroll through the bazaar, grab a coffee, go shopping, take a dip in the ocean, and walk back barefoot—that’s our definition of luxury!

Fun fact: one of the owners shapes his own surfboards and kitesurf boards and also made most of the wooden furniture. As a result, everything has that little artist’s studio vibe—with the scent of wax, raw wood, and sea salt—and a truly authentic spirit.

Why “Bazaar Square”? As a tribute to our neighbour, the Grand Baie Bazaar, but also because here, just like in a real bazaar, there’s always something new to discover.

You can already enjoy relaxing and therapeutic massages from our massage therapist in our new spa.
By the end of 2026, we’ll also be adding a restaurant, a bar, events, yoga classes, and a few other wonderful surprises!

Our team will be there to give you a warm welcome upon your arrival and will be at your service throughout your stay. We love chatting with our guests, sharing our tips, and making sure your experience is enjoyable and unforgettable!

🏡 House Rules To ensure a pleasant and harmonious stay for all our guests, we ask that you please observe the following rules:

🌿 Living Here and Respect for the Premises Please respect the peace and quiet of the premises, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation.
Outdoor areas are provided for this purpose. No parties or events are permitted without prior approval. Please take care of the furniture, equipment, and decor.
Any damage or loss may result in a charge.

👥 Occupancy The accommodation is reserved exclusively for the individuals listed in the reservation.
Outside visitors are not permitted without the host’s consent.
Children are welcome under adult supervision.

🧺 Cleanliness and Maintenance Please leave the accommodation in good condition upon your departure.
Trash must be disposed of in the designated bins.

🏊‍♂️ Common Areas
The pool is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
You use the pool at your own risk. Please do not leave personal items around the pool and help keep the area clean.

🕓 Check-in / Check-out Check-in: from 3:00 PM Check-out: before 11:00 a.m.
Please notify us in case of a late arrival.
