Lakaz 'Bouteil is the center of a lush tropical garden planted with species endemic to the island, you will enjoy the swimming pool with deck chair and armchairs
immersed.
Lakaz is a construction villa and traditional Creole style, furnished in the same spirit to recreate the historic atmosphere of Mauritius.
You are at 6 min. on foot, watch in hand, a white sand beach facing the northern islands, frequented only by residents of the area and 15 minutes walk from one of the largest sandy beaches of the island: clean, maintained and arranged for children.
All amenities within 500 meters:
Grocery store, local snack, French bakery, butcher, pharmacy .....
The car is not essential.
Villa completely renovated colonial style.
Veranda and gazebo in the pool contribute to the relaxation of the place.
Very quiet, you will be woken in the morning by the birds.
Lakaz is run by a very friendly lady and fully available to the inhabitants of Lakaz 'Bouteil'.
Dame cleaning every two days, possibility of Mauritian meals on demand.
Gardener every other day to take care of the garden and the pool. Do not hesitate to ask him to pick you up and prepare you a fresh coconut!
Linen provided, changed midweek.
Beach towels at your disposal.

Superbe séjour ! De la maison au jardin en passant par la localisation , tout contribue à enchanter vos vacances . Mille mercis au propriétaire des lieux ainsi qu à Vedhi pour à avoir grandement facilité notre installation avant l arrivée de Garance , ainsi qu à Dario et Nathalie pour leurs siscretese et effaces présences

Petit coin de paradis

Maison typiquement créole meublée avec goût et fonctionnelle. Piscine très agréable et jardin tropical de rêve. La clim dans les chambres permet de supporter la très grosse chaleur, la clim du salon ne fonctionne plus dommage. Le système des clés est un peu pénible et long mais on finit par s'y habituer. Le personnel qui s'occupe de la maison est aux petits soins. N'hésitez pas à commander des repas mauriciens à Dario, cest meilleur qu'au restaurant. La petite plage tout près à 12 minutes à pieds montre en main est un paradis très calme et les petits commerces de proximité sont très pratiques. clés

Maison attachante

Séjour très agréable. Calme absolu. Commerces de proximité à 2 minutes à pied. Plage à 5 minutes à pied, agréable et calme Maison grande, bien placée. Mobilier date un peu mais fonctionnel. Très bonne literie Quelques petits ennuis de fonctionnement de Clim, éclairage, piscine mais très vite résolu par les gens sur place (Vedi, Dario) Accueil très agréable. Cuisine de Dario exceptionnelle et pas chère. A conseiller +++ Système de fermeture de la maison un peu complexe et contraignant. L'équipe sur place est à l'écoute! Très bon séjour.

Typique, local, idéal .. n’hésitez pas

Il s’agit d’une maison typique locale mauricienne - les photos correspondent parfaitement à la réalité et la piscine est agréable. Les chambres sont biens avec clim ou ventilateur- La maison est extrêmement bien située, à 5 min de la grande plage de mont Choisy avec ses couchers de soleil , il y a aussi une plage à 5/10 min à pied de la maison au top . 2 épiceries à pied au bout de la rue et c’est grandement appréciable de ne pas reprendre la voiture . La boulangerie « le fournil » à 5 min à pied et ouverte jusqu’à 18h30. Les petits plats de Vedi sont carrément supers bons …. Entre le carri de poulet, le rougail saucisse, les lentilles mauriciennes et le puri chouchou, elle préparait des plats épicés et pimentés à la demande pour nous et non pimentés pour le petit. Vedi est une perle rare et nous avons même passé une soirée avec sa famille au bord de l eau … Cette maison à la pointe canonnier est vraiment super bien située géographiquement…. Merci à vous tous

Belle maison traditionnelle

Idéalement située et fonctionnelle, cette maison répond à tous les critères pour de vacances à la Mauricienne réussies. La décoration intérieure est chaleureuse et très bien choisie. On ne peux que s'approprier les lieux tellement on y est bien.

Séjour agréable dans villa créole

Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits dans la villa Lakaz Bouteil’. La maison, style créole, est propre et conforme aux photos. Le lieu est paradisiaque avec sa piscine et sa plage intimiste à 10 minutes à pieds. Des commerces sont à proximité (superette, bazar de fruits et légumes, boulangerie, restaurants…). Il est possible de prendre le bus (l’arrêt est à 5 minutes à pieds) et des taxis passent régulièrement sur l’axe principal. Vedhi était disponible pour nos demandes et nous a concocté un excellent plat de mines frit’. Monsieur et Madame Grillot ont également étaient très arrangeants. Merci à eux pour ce merveilleux séjour !

Super expérience, un grand merci également à Vedhi et Dario qui ont vraiment tout fait pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. Nous vous conseillons vraiment cette location, idéal pour une famille avec des jeunes enfants comme nous!!!

Superbe Villa créole, bien équipée et très bien placée

Très agréable séjour dans cette villa! La piscine a beaucoup plu aux enfants /ados, le jardin est très bien entretenu, la maison est propre. Terrasse/Veranda très appréciée. Le coin est calme, plusieurs plages dans les environs. En voiture à quelques minutes de Grand Baie et plein d‘excursions à faire terre/mer dans les environ.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à la lakaz bouteil dans un cadre magnifique , la maison es placé juste à côté de sublime plages .la piscine était adapté pour les enfants parfait et un grand merci à madame vedie et mr dario pour nous avoir fait découvrir ile maurice. Pour ce qui voudrait ce rendre sur île maurice je recommande l adresse de lakaz bouteil

Séjour agréable avec quelques bémols cependant

Maison bien située et proche d'une petite plage charmante. Piscine très agréable et bien entretenue. Tres joli jardin avec de nombreux palmiers. Une terrasse sympathique et abritée du soleil. Un hôte disponible et disposant de nombreux et forts utiles contacts pour organiser les activités. Pour les moins: De très nombreux moustiques (il faut dire qu'il a plu non stop pendant deux mois avant notre venu). Un problème d'eau chaude dans une sale de bain non résolu. Pas de téléphone. Un living room très sombre. Un jonglage permanent avec le trousseau de clés pour les ouvrants, portail, électricité, divers grilles et cadenas qui devient rapidement pénible. En résume, un séjour agréable qui aurait pu être parfait en améliorant quelques petits points dans la maison.

Deuxième visite de 3 semaines dans cette agréable maison entourée d'une magnifique végétation. Emplacement idéal dans un quartier calme et proche de toutes commodités et de la superbe plage de Mont Choisy. Personnel très sympathique comme le sont les Mauriciens. Mrs Dussart/Faurant
