We invite you into our gated spacious family villa located in Grand Baie the vibrant tourist hub.

Our villa is on a quiet road, minutes from my favourite beach in Mauritius - Pereybere Beach.

We are offering the perfect blend of relaxation and enjoyment with our swimming pool, large open plan living area and terrace.

The villa is situated in a quiet affluent residential area of the popular resort area of Grand Baie / Pereybere close to all amenities, shopping centres, restaurants and beaches.

The villa is stand-alone on a very quiet dead-end road. There are no major developments nearby and the road contains only a handful of standalone villas.
The property has high walls and is gated for your peace of mind.

There is a large private garden where your privacy is guaranteed, no overlooking properties.

Large Mauritian style outdoor terrace and a decent sized swimming pool, that is not too the deep.

The best part of the pool is that if your cooking or sitting having an aperitif while the kids are splashing around. You'll be able to keep your eye on them at all times.

The outdoor dining area is large with a separate seating area overlooking the pool, which provides a nice spacious and relaxing environment for all the family to enjoy.

For the pool we also have float aids for toddlers and small life jacket.

Inside the villa we offer 5 spacious sleeping areas and ample living and relaxing space.

Ground Floor -

Large triple bedroom with one double bed (can be split to two twins) and one single bed. (Capacity 3 Persons)

Games Room with one double sofa bed (Capacity 2 Persons)

These room share a shower room situated on the ground floor.

Large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area benefits from 50” TV with Streaming and Netflix and a reading/relaxing corner. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer and Nespresso machine. You will also find all food essentials when you arrive to help kick start your family holiday.

First Floor - All bedrooms have an outdoor balcony or terrace:

Large Master bedroom with a huge ensuite, queen bed and terrace (Capacity 2 persons)

Ample sized queen bedroom with a balcony (Capacity 2 persons)

Roomy twin bedroom with single beds and terrace (Capacity 2 persons)

There is a large bathroom with bathtub and shower in the hallway for use by all guests.

Maximum sleeping capacity is 11 Adults

We are able to up capacity to 13 people which includes 1 infant in a cot and 1 toddler in a pop up toddler bed. Please contact us if you require this configuration.

In total the house has 3 bathrooms.

Guest access
The entire property and its grounds are available to you. We have 700m2 of terrain and 300m2 of house over two floors.


Other things to note
For stays with more than 8 people we will increase the price of the property, this is due to additional wear and tear and extra cleaners required after your stay.

Baby Bassinet and Toddler Bed are provided free of charge.
