Road tripped with my husband and booked this little gem of a hotel last minute. Definitely did not disappoint. The hotel is clearly old, but the owners did a great job with the renovations while keeping the old classic style. The free breakfast in the morning was nice touch as well. The staff was super friendly and informative. I can’t forget my favorite part. The rain fall shower head. Sooo nice. Will definitely book here again if we ever come back thru.
Our stay was awesome. The room was quaint, but clean and spacious. My only suggestion to management would be to add a small table for toiletries near the sink. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The continental breakfast was much more than we expected. Everything was fresh and yummy! Parking was convenient and the Hotel's location was perfect. We were withing walking distance (5 minutes tops) to everything we wanted to see. The next door restaurant was amazing. All in all this was a great stay and we would do it again in heart beat!
Upgrading the ac/heat unit would be beneficial, the widow units are noisy. Everything else was splendid, we loved the quaintness of the hotel, a pleasant break from chain hotels that we have had to occasionally us on our 3 month trip around the states.
Absolutely LOVED this place. It was so charming and so cute and smelled delightful. All of the historic elements were interesting and the bed was incredibly clean and comfortable. Also took the best shower of our entire cross country trip. Williams is the cutest little Route 66 town and I cannot wait to stay here again!
If you are looking for a Marriott then this isn’t your place. If you want something historic, warm, unique with lots of charm and a great staff…..this is the place to be.
Such a cool historical place to stay with lots of history from the period and creaky wood floors to top it off. Located right on the main drag with lots of shops and places to eat.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was descent. I understand it's an old, historic hotel, but we had about 4 minutes of hot water in the shower and the bathroom door trim was broken.
It was literally amazing. The best hotel ive been to. They were so lovely and friendly, told us all about the history. Had great local knowledge and gave recommendations. Please please visit their library!!!!
10/10 stay you NEED to visit this place
Very cute and clean room! Happy with our stay. Would definitely stay again! If you’re a light sleeper I may recommend wearing the earplugs they provide. It’s a very very old building so you can hear the floor creaking when people walk through the hallway outside your room. Otherwise the place is amazing, location is so ideal and the staff is so friendly, welcoming and helpful.
The girl that checked us in was very personable and eager to help. She personally showed us to our room and showed us how to activate the digital lock. The room was great and we loved it.
The room was clean (Carriage House). If I could make a suggestion, it would be helpful if there was some type of dresser/desk somewhere. Something where items could be placed. We basically had to live out of our suitcase b/c there no where to put anything. Also, I had to make an entire pot of coffee in the foyer, which was fine. However there were no napkins or anything to use to wipe the counter when coffee dripped. I think K cups would be more efficient. One, I had to make an entire pot for only 2 cups.
Excellent communication from the hotel. Seamless check in! The only, really minor issue is parking. There's a tiny lot in the alley that fills up quickly, so it can be a couple blocks walk. It wasn't an issue for us. Overall, this was a cool old hotel and we enjoyed our stay!

Loved this little gem! Perfect location, friendly staff and nice extra touches! Will definitely stay again.
Newly rennovated and restored, very charming hotel in the center of town. Clean. Easy free parking.
Greeted by a very hospitable receptionist. We would definitely stay here again.
We had to leave early and couldn’t enjoy the breakfast.
