I accidentally left my charging cube +3 cords that were plugged into it, and I called the hotel today and spoke with someone. He didn’t seem like he really cared either way if I got them back, but he did take my name and number and said the cleaning staff would call me tomorrow if they had them. I won’t hold my breath. other than that, everything was good about the room and the property.

Room 1022. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with king beds and full bath. Living room had a sofa bed. Sofa bed didn’t have beddings and there were rubbish when we pulled the bed out. Carpet was filthy and bathroom in one room was dirty. Entry door had spider web. Breakfast was like all other hotels that offers hot breakfast. Other than that, beds were comfortable, pillows were ok. I wouldn’t stay there again or another Sonesta property as this unit gave us the first time stay a very bad impression.

I like the location and the relatively large space of the rooms. The breakfast IMO was good but my family didn't care for it. They had eggs, sausage. Pancakes were good but they would run out of batter like 15-30 minutes before the end of breakfast and refused to put out any more batter. The rooms were fairly dirty. I'm tall so I could easily see on top of lamps and they were really gross. That being said, I would stay here again and I've stayed here in the past.

My 2st room was beautifully cleaned, everything was great until we tried to relax and watch TV. No connection. I was bum. We called the office and quickly relocated to another room which was very dated. The carpet was stained in areas, needed cleaning on vents, and paint job. I stayed in room and made due. But I loved the 1st room. It had a fire place and spacious. 2nd room needed a hard cleaning and painting. The curtain had a noticeable small hole. Just the details from one room to another. Staff was great, breakfast was great, the personal touches outside the dog area, trails, amitenies outside was great. I would come back in a heartbeat 💓 I just have to rate 2nd room a little lower.

Staff was very friendly. Our room was spotless and the 2 bedroom suite is a huge advantage for traveling with a family. The only downside was our room was on the 2nd floor and no elevator, but this was not a deal breaker for us.
