Beautiful Location

We had a wonderful stay in Grand Case. The apartment had a great setup with separate bedroom and bathroom, an extra bathroom, nicely stocked kitchen and great living room. The great treat was the access and view from the patio that opened up to a walkout beach access. The location was great with easy walk to the beach restaurants but not too close to enjoy some privacy. It was a great stay.

Perfect location

The condo was perfect for our stay. It was in excellent condition and we loved the location. Great beach immediately outside our door and an easy walk to fantastic restaurants. We would highly recommend!

Best beach in SXM

My wife and I have had the luxury of staying at some very enjoyable VRBO’s…Hawaii, Cabo, Napa and Venice. However, Bleu Marine is now our favorite, it’s extremely well designed, decorated and furnished. Excellent kitchen. But the highlight is the covered patio, Situated next to one of the best beaches in SXM. Powder sand, no rocks, not a blade of seaweed in sight. AND, almost completely to yourself, This is a can’t miss unit,

A little piece of heaven

We were welcomed and shown all of the things we needed for our stay. Being right on the beach and just 1/2 mile away or less from restaurants and the LoLos was great! Just a fantastic stay! We felt safe and comfortable and we will be back.

Amazing, relaxing stay with a great location

The apartment was beautiful. Right on the beach. Got to start every day opening the shutters and walking right out onto the beach. Never been so relaxed. Grand Case paradise

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment location was amazing, walking distance to restaurants and shops in Grand Case, quieter side of the beach, simply perfect for a couple get away. Personal Paradise Getaway

Fantastic beach front apartment getaway! My husband and I loved every moment of it! Even though it is an apartment in the heart of Grand Case, it felt like our own private paradise. Great shower, stocked kitchen, comfy bed and couch. The patio was a perfect spot for breakfast at sunrise and snacks at sunset. Just minutes from all the great restaurants and shops of Grand Case, too! The beach was so peaceful in this area that you felt like it was all your own. We loved every minute of this stay and we will surely be back next year!

A Taste of Sint Martin

The accommodations were more fabulous than described. The location was ideal for access to the beautiful Grand Case beach and local fine restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked and made local homecooked meals easy. The amenities were superior and the contact with our host and hostess was exceptional. Definitely a return stay.

The beach…wow

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Local food and markets all within walking distance. Our only gripe was the close proximity to the busier road out front but the view of the ocean and walking right out to the beach sure does make up for it. The host was very accommodating and always responded quickly to questions. We will definitely be returning!

Wonderful Grand Case Apartment

My husband and I had a great week at this rental. The rental was extremely clean. The apartment has everything you need.Great location for food and adventuring out to the rest of the island. Fantastic property, wonderful hosts

Property was spotless, location on the beach was fantastic, and having the many amazing restaurants of Grand Case close by was very convenient. The property and beach location actually exceeded my expectations, which is a rarity. Keep in mind that with the proximity of this property to town and all that it has to offer comes with a small tradeoff in terms of a little bit of noise from traffic, and from distant thumping bass emitting from the clubs down the beach. All in all though, fantastic stay and would definitely book again.

Traffic is congested on the road outside the apartment and visibility was very poor. Parking lot so small had to work the car to get into our space.

Listing Just as Described...Perfect!

My husband and I stayed at this property for two weeks and enjoyed our time here. It was very convenient to restaurants, additional beaches and other places to visit. The condo was very clean with all the amenities you need. The view was incredible and perfect. The beach our front of the condo is wonderful if you want to stay in rather than travel to a different beach. However, when you travel around to different beaches there are many to choose from. The air conditioning kept us nice and cool which was a plus. I highly recommend staying at this condo.

Perfect beach unit and location

My wife and I had a great week at this rental unit. Awesome layout for a couples retreat at the beach. Grandcase is such a wonderful town with all kinds of food and shopping options. Beach access is superb to a very nice, semi-private beach system. The patio and door system to the outside on yhe beach side really gives you a great tropical experience and you can taylor what doors you have open or closed to the outside based on your desire. Unit was well stocked with basic cooking amenities and functional. Really just a user friendly property. Property manager was helpful, pleasant and accessible. We plan on renting this unit again some day. It was perfect for what we were looking for. If you get luck enough to book it, enjoy your stay.

Great Way to Bring in the New Year

The location was perfect. We could easily walk to all the restaurants and convenience stores. Communication with Lili, was great. She met us on arrival from the airport and was very responsive throughout our stay. Even when we arrived home after 10pm one evening to find someone else's vehicle parked in our space, she was able to resolve the issue within a few minutes. The unit was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our only complaint, which is beyond her control, is that the deck which faces the beach doesn’t get much sun. Luckily it's only a few steps down the stairs to the beach! I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip. Thanks Lili

Cute apartment on the beach. Walking distance from the busy part of grand case! Easy in and out. Little confused with the check in directions and how to operate the hurricane shutters but after that, awesome! WiFi was not reliable but we had relatively good cell service

Gorgeous Gorgeous Gorgeous! Amazing little apartment, decorated very well and supplied everything you could need. The location is unbeatable, it’s down on Grand Case beach but in your own private area. Walking distance to convenience stops and incredible restaurants, short drive to a full grocery store. Communication with owner was great. 10/10 stay.

Simply lovely

The apartment is wonderful. It is well-equipped, clean, and stylish. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach and close to the best restaurants on the island. Both Aurelie and Sebastien (managers) were helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this property for a relaxing stay.
