"Very clean, friendly host. Many stairs up to room and then a few more steps up to bathroom. We were disappointed that there were no bedside tables or reading lamps by the bed. Otherwise, the room was comfortable. "

"Small family run space, so warm and welcoming! I was travelling by myself and they put me in a nice little family suite that had a super cozy little bedroom, with a full kitchen and little sitting area! The place was immaculate I don’t think I’ve ever seen a hotel bathroom sparkle like that. Lol I was very grateful for the space to make a meal and use of a fridge as well. Easy to use heating system without the loud fans that cut in and out. The location is amazing. Super close to everything and a beautiful little sitting area across from the rooms as well. I look forward to staying here again! Thanks for everything!"

"Our room so clean and everything we needed for travelling like soap shampoo coffee fridge iron ironing board blow dryers for hair. Enjoyed our stay. Will recommend to everyone I know and will come back if out that way for sure. Would love to know the name of your mattresses and where you get them from. So comfortable."

"Picked this property as we had family that had stayed here the year before; it was clean & comfortable. Expedia didn't relay the dog information, but we did alert the front desk at check-in. Halfway through unpacking, they realised their mistake, so we had to move what we had unpacked to the new room. The room was atrocious. There obviously had been a flood at some point, as legs of chairs & tables were warped due to water damage, the wallpaper was peeling off the wall on the bedroom side of the interior wall that was shared with the bathroom, and one side of the trim was covered in black mould. There were weird stains on the furniture and bed skirts, poorly patched holes in the bathroom walls, and a random uncovered outlet in the closet that was full of cob webs. We were exhausted, so we checked for bedbugs (none), and the sheets were clean, so we decided to stay, as we just needed a place to sleep. Unfortunately, there was always a small group of people that would gather to smoke at the bottom of the stairs just outside the room, and the door had a quarter-inch gap, so it was like they were in the room with us; plus, the AC unit would suck in the smoke. Halfway through the night the AC stopped working, and we couldn't get it back on, so while we were very hot, there was no more cigarette smoke. The next morning is when we realised there was a large dried bloodstain on one of the mattresses, so we quickly packed up. I have more but ran out of space."
