really good value for money accommodation, for the price & proximity to Basel city centre it was the best I could find.
From arriving the staff were all very friendly & professional.
The room was clean with all electrical appliances working.
The only downside was a little noise from the traffic outside, with the room facing the road.
We didn’t use the breakfast facilities or the pool, this was our own choice.
If visiting Basel again we would definitely consider staying at the hotel.

The apartment was spacious and clean, and the building overall felt well kept. The free shuttle was a real lifesaver, since you really can’t get around here without a car (no Uber in the area).
Some things weren ’t so great though. The shower head holes were too small, so the water hit like bullets on your skin. The curtain kept coming loose, the sink cover was broken, lighting was poor, the stove was very slow, and there weren’t enough toilets/bathroom facilities. No cleaning service during the stay either.
Even with those issues, the room size, cleanliness, and shuttle service made a big difference. For that reason, I’d still give it 4 out of 5 stars.
