    You will love this downtown condo in the heart of GH and right across from the famous Grand Haven River, Musical Fountain and boardwalk. Enjoy the Musical Fountain from a private balcony. You will be steps from the water front, shopping, dining, farmers market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and more. Our location is very close to everything and the rooftop view is a great bonus, especially for the fireworks on July 4 and Coast Guard Week.

    Wake up in the morning with abundant natural light shining through the large windows. Grab a cup of coffee in the well equipped kitchen or at nearby Odd Side Ales Side Bar. Watch the boats from the balcony. With dozens of restaurants, bars, and shops in walking distance you will have endless options,

    If you are here for the beaches you are in luck! The gorgeous beach at Grand Haven State Park is only a 20-minute stroll along the boardwalk or you can pack the water toys and surf board and drive one mile to be beachside. There are additional beaches all within a 15-minute drive.

    Parking is available in the building. If additional parking is needed, you can purchase a $5 pass from the kiosk located in the parking lot located behind the building.
