I’m so sorry you were unhappy with your stay. We really have tried to create a beautiful space for our guests. The neighborhood is definitely a lower income area, but we have lived in many different areas of GJ and honestly the neighbors at the cabin are some of the best we've ever had! As far as the damages that were done. I do want to point out that you used the vacuum to clean up the dog vomit and diarrhea. I tried to clean out the vacuum but every time I turned it in, it smelled terrible. The dog chewed up the tv remote and our welcome book. I had to have the carpets professionally cleaned. My payout from the insurance was $386.26 which only covered the items that were ruined, not the extra time that I had to take in cleaning after your group. I lost a booking because we had to block off the house for cleaning. Also, you never paid the pet fee. I wish you would have asked how to use the heater. There are thermostats in each room and a fireplace. We have stayed at this property many times in below freezing weather and have stayed warm. I would have been happy to help you figure out how to use the heaters. I do apologize about the paper towels. This was definitely an oversight on our side. We do understand that pet accidents happen and it would have been very helpful to know what happened instead of discovering a terrible smell and trying to find the source. I’m sorry that you were unhappy with the bedroom size. Our listing clearly states that the cabin is only 800 sq feet. We do encourage our guests to read the description before booking. In your booking you stated that there were 2 guests, but every bedroom was used. I'm inclined to believe that you were dishonest with the number of guests that were staying over. Overall, we both hopefully learned from this experience.
