Best newly constructed, downtown, long term discounts accepted, just 4 blocks to mainstreet shops resturaunts, bars, city park 1/2 block. Mtn bke trails 2.5 miles. This guesthouse is separate and private from the victorian duplex on the front of the property and your access can be from Chipeta street or from the back, (closer) with 2 private parking spaces. Security codes for gates front and rear. A well appointed 1 bedroom King bed with additional murphy bed in livingroom, central air, private patio/BBQ

This was one of the best places we have stayed with vrbo. The extra amenities were great. We appreciated the snacks, coffee, water and muffins.We loved being able to walk to downtown restaurants. We would highly recommend this location.

Wonderful property with everything we needed for a fun weekend in GJ. Very Clean and modern space with a well appointed kitchen. Not often do you find a thoughtfully put together kitchen in a property. Location was perfect to stroll downtown and take in the shops and restaurants. Easy walk to mainstreet center. Our son goes to mesa so, we will definately stay again for visits.

Great Location

Great location, dedicated parking, easy access. It’s a central location to get anywhere in the valley. The best part is I can be on the trail in the Monument in less than 15 minutes

Absolutely amazing stay!

I cannot say enough about our stay at this property! My husband and I had such a great time. The location was perfect, so close to the downtown shops and restaurants. Rockslide Brewery and Dream Cafe were definitely favorites! The property was immaculate and the communication with the owner was great. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Grand Junction!

Cozy and Comfortable

This is a cozy and comfortable place, ideal for a couple. A quiet location that is a short walk from downtown Grand Junction. The place is very well-appointed and equipped.I have never seen another VRBO that is so guest-focused in term of the amenities the owner has made available for the guest(s).

This cute, updated apartment had everything we needed. We walked downtown several times for shopping and happy hour. Amenities were thoughtful, including a welcome note with chocolates!

Excellent stay! The apartment exceeded expectations. Clean, spacious, perfect location close to parks and downtown. Lots of wonderful and thoughtful touches in the apartment, which made my stay even better! Quiet, the grill on the private deck was awesome. Definitely a 5 star property and host Tom.

Second Timers

We came back for a few days for a second house hunting trip to the area. This is a cozy place for a couple to stay. Easy walk to many good eating places as well as the church. Will likely return when in the area.

Great Visit to Downtown Grand Junction

Property was perfect for my wife and I. Very very nice unit , clean as a whistle and well stocked, great layout, roomy and very nice bathroom and shower. Very nice covered outdoor deck to get some fresh air and views. Definitely would rent again.

Tom’s attention detail and responsive communication made my stay perfect. His place is well furnished with lots of little added details that took it above and beyond just a place to stay while I was in town to making it feel as comfortable as being at home. I have no reason to even consider staying anywhere else on my trips to Grand Junction.

New Favorite regular traveler

This little oasis is my new favorite when staying in Grand Junction. Had everything you could want in an in town rental. This place was perfect with too many amenities to list. If you’re staying in Junction and this is available you should definitely consider it.
