"It was nice and the staff was good at helping but not many staff and the breakfast was really good, the general hotel is very outdated but otherwise it was good"

"Breakfast was included, hot. Staff at reception and breakfast buffet were amazing. Room was clean and recently reno'd. Toiletries were lovely. Coffee machine in lobby was welcome fuel for the road!"

"Room was very dirty mold on bathroom ceiling, blinds visible mold. Bottom sheet looked like it hadn’t been washed in months Blood stains on the curtains, floor was damaged and almost a hole in it . Have plenty of photos to back this up"

"We spent the first two weeks of October at this beautiful lodge, surrounded by magnificent lake scenery and vibrant foliage at its peak. The tranquility of the place was perfect for relaxation, with the occasional distant call of a loon adding to the serene atmosphere. At dusk, a family of river otters would often swim by the dock, and the fishing was fantastic—we caught plenty of pickerels, bass, and yellow perch. Even on rainy days, the spacious lodge provided ample room for indoor games and relaxation. Despite one frosty night, the available space heaters kept us warm and comfortable. The hosts were wonderful and quick to respond to any needs."

"My family and I stayed for a week and rented both the main house and guest cabin- both were just as described! Beds were all comfortable with plenty of extra blankets if needed. It really is a wonderful place, enough space to spread out and relax. The lake was lovely and you could see right to the bottom. We enjoyed kayaking, boating, frog catching and fishing. The neighbors were friendly and quiet. A great place to relax and unwind in nature but still with all the comforts of home. Each room had extra power banks plugged in so no worries about losing a charge when the generator is off. We had everything we needed and more! Camp fires at night under the starts was a dream and so relaxing. We would come again! Thank you for everything "
