This hotel is very clean and neat. My room is quiet and spacious. Its proximity to small malls makes it convenient for takeout options. I found that the price offered great value for the quality of stay.

At check-in, there was another guest in the lobby with a German Shepherd. Dogs should not be permitted to stay at the hotel. Would you like to have that room after a dog stayed there? And would you like to be in an adjacent room if the dog starts barking in the middle of the night? After the first night we were out for the day, but came back to find that we didn't have maid service. Called the desk and learned that you dont receive service unless you request it. We werent told of this at check-in.

Unfortunately, we are pet friendly as our website states. We do charge guests extra for bringing pets to account for the deep cleaning we do on rooms with pets. We apologize for the dog barking and will be more mindful with talking to our guests with dogs. Our front desk staff absolutely should have notified you of housekeeping being upon request and I will be talking with our front desk staff to ensure this doesn't happen again. We apologize again for the inconvenience this has caused.

Hotel is beautiful. Well kept, hot & healthy breakfast options, and friendly staff. Pool is very small considering how nice everything else is. There may be a long wait at the front desk, but understanding how busy you get at your job & receiving friendly service once returning means all the more.

Very nice hotel. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The only thing that didn’t make sense was the frosted bathroom door. You could still see shadows of bodies through the door.

One of the best experiences ever!
Words can not express how happy we were with this stay! First and foremost, the lady who checked us in was THE friendliest face ever, and she was incredibly kind, happy, and made us feel right at home. She was there at 8pm one night and was there greeting us with an infectious smile at 730am for breakfast the next day. Seriously, I never caught her name but she had black hair with a gray streak in it and she was INCREDIBLE! The hotel was insanely clean. The rooms were super spacious with a couch, table, and a huge bathroom! Incredibly clean, comfortable beds, they it was one of the nicest we've ever experienced. The breakfast was great. The coffee was great. The dining area was super clean and spacious. Top top notch! The pool was pretty small and almost hot tub level of heat but maaaaaan did it feel good against a cold January outside! Seriously we will stay here every time we come to G R!
