"Room was nice, pool was nice, and restaurant food for breakfast and dinner was delicious. The staff at the front desk were kind, at the restaurant the staff was professional and polite with great service, and the hotel was clean throughout. It is also in such a great location for us to walk with our kids to the children's museum just minutes away. Thank you for a great visit!"

"This was the perfect size for our family of four. Comfortable, clean and easy to get to. It's close to the iron horse trail and not far from downtown. Mike was friendly and responsive. We would stay here again. Thanks! "

"A very enjoyable stay in the heart of Kitchener. Parking is not included but the municipal parking directly outside the window was helpful. So quiet despite being right downtown. The heat pump is genius, and we appreciated the AC so much when it was in the 30's over the weekend. Comfortable bed, and everything worked as posted. Thanks!"
